Ultimate dificult is a joke. The Ai cheats giga hard. When i tried it against a weak team a 5.3 guy with 54 rating, 36 in heading and 39 jumping scored a power header from outside the box while jumping over my 6.4 defender. This was in 89th minute to cheat the 2-1 win. Ill never touch this "dificulty" again. Legendary vs weak teams and world class vs good teams is the way to reliably get your points in Squat Battles.
