It works just not the fastest but I guess it’s better than getting underneath the vehicle
Its actually pretty fast but am pretty sure i had the air pressure to low and thats why it looks slow
Very good explanation
Agradecido.
Thanks
What code was giving you p442

Nice video unfortunately my blades are different from yours but this was helpful no doubt
Hi, how well does these work? Looking at these and the 70 degree model. Not sure the adjustable models out there any good?
I haven’t had any problems with these, they work great, I used them quite abit specially on gm engines, alittle tight on some places but the angle on them make them fit and saves your fingers. The spring on mine fell off couldn’t find it anymore but they work better with the spring off specially on tight spaces.
@ ok cool you think they are top tier to other brands out there?
I would probably said they are pretty similar to the blue point and ther are lifetime warranty to, i wouldn’t recommend buying the cheap plastic ones they flex to much and break
Fantastic little video. Thanks!
Thanks for the video and sharing the information of the smart charger
Que cable uso la caja está a 50 ft del garage
Se recomienda cable de cobre del 6 a 10 AWG, dependiendo que tan lejos y el tamaño del calenton si no esta muy seguro recomendaria contratar un electricista.
It’s a precision instruments wrench. The same exact one as every other brand. They are the only company that produces that split beam
The icon wrenches are made in Taiwan and precision instruments are made in the USA, how could they possibly be the same? It's like every other icon tool, a blatant ripoff of a snapon tool, some of which are better than others.
@@jaseswinconoscan't be a "blatant ripoff" if it has different tooth counts and is marginally better 🤷🏻♂️
This guy hates the fact he paid more for snapoff
People gotta stop hating on here just accept the fact that the world evolves and if you got the short end of the stick so be it. It happens.
@itspapaj4732 yeah... except it's not. And so your agreeing with me? they're clearly not the same wrench? What do you call an obvious copy of a product made out of inferior materials? Is there another word for it? The 3/8 split beam torque wrench is one of the only ICON tools I own by the way, and i don't even have a snapon 🙄 I do have a Proto... and a bunch of Williams products.
I believe there is a procedure for its first use
Yes there is, good catch ,forgot to mention it in the video but hopefully people. Read the instructions haha, but here it is a.turn torque knob clockwise intil maximum torque setting is reached b. Turn Torque Knob counter-clockwise until minimum torque setting is reached. Has to be done 3 times before use every time.
Bought this the other day for the holidays. Used the hell out of it already and love it. Makes dialing in deserved torque easy and quick. Oh the arrow is to show what direction to torque and the only direction it allows.
Was it a dual climate
Yes it was blowing hot on the driver side and cold on the passenger side when set to full cold
Thank you so much
Thanks for the video, I definitely can do this
Great video. Straightforward. Thanks for posting it.
I think im going to manually change mine til im ready to buy an actuator
The Actuator from carquest was like 30-40 bucks not that expensive
@@MTG6.2 did you leave the part number in the subscription?
@@DJ-du1mf minute 6:55 around there pretty sure i show the part # for the one I replaced
The actuator you took off is for air/heat door? I have heat on passenger side but not driverside. This gotta be the same thing thats going on with mine
It was the temperature one for the driver’s side
Its 4 yrs later , does it still work ?
Lasted about a year i got a rock chip on the plastic cover and water got in it,it still turns on but it has water in it and it has a couple led’s burn out due to water.
Thanks for this. All three of my acuators are coming up bad on diag and about to tackle it this weekend
They are pretty simple to replace, hope the video help
Just picked this set up
@@nhcbluu pretty nice set ,so far I haven’t had any problems with them
If it’s not on there with gods will power
Another question, mine is the identical one, it makes a squeaking and whining noise when lowering without a load. Is it because it’s new or because it might need grease out of box?
Pretty sure is normal , i just tried mine and makes the same noises, i belive its just the release of pressure and the springs behind the jack, I wouldn’t worry about it unless the jack is not holding pressure or not working as it should.
@@MTG6.2 thank you!
Your supposed to bleed the trapped air before use.
Do you know if the new ones of these come with the pad? I don’t think they do.
I looked it up on their website and it says they do come with it and it shows it on the pictures but am not 100 percent on it,I would probably ask in the store and most the times if your buying something like that they let you open the box to see inside if you ask them.
This for the 3.6?
No, its for the 2.4 ecotec
I used to use a cheap c clamp on the front calipers, rear have to buy a tool.
Yeah that works to or big pair of channel locks, and most of the time for the rear you need a winding kind of tool to screw back in the piston.
yea lost a socket in the damned body the other day - almost certain I got this sucker in the grooves but the new belt is squealing - I expected it to initially just a new belt but when I reved the engine it continued to squeak going to have to recheck that groove thanks for the vid!
Hard to say but I think the belt might be in the grooves other wise the belt would of came off already or it would be pretty chew up by now, you might have a loose pully but hopefully you get it figured out
Same happened to me they try to charge me like 4k. So I went under to look at it and did it myself. It was just the pipe was broken at the bracket
I found put, they are the same footprint as Snap on tools jack. They also got sued for this. I just purchased one in Blue but wanted the Yellow. Yelliw only comes in the Heavy Duty Longer version. I dont know why they dont offer all the tiers of Daytona with same color options
Thanks for the info
Unable to remove the 7/16 socket from the racket. Ugh
Try holding the ratchet on a vice and use a prybar to pry the socket out.
Curious does this model relearn for camshaft position sensor 2011 jeep thanks
@@DaveSchmidt-z6v does not have a function for camshaft position relearn, it does have one for the crankshaft position sensor relearn for the jeep wrangler, patriot ,liberty, but is not free will have to pay like 35 bucks to use this function.
Thanks, very easy to understand.
Thank u Very much
does another brand make this removable version? EZRed version isn’t removable.
That looks 🔥🔥
Hi, Can you tell me what the plug in the bottom is used for mine leaks like crazy makes all kinds of mess Thanks
Is it out side or inside the if i flip it up side down can i see it from the bottom ??
@@MTG6.2 yes it’s at least 1 inch wide.
@@MTG6.2 yes you can see it if you flip it over, it is at least one inch wide and opens and closes on a weak spring and leaks like a siv
Okay I’ll take a look today
Mine does not have any plugs in the bottom, the whole bottom is one piece, the only seals that it has are inside but nothing in the outside,on mine if ends up leaking from any where on the bottom then that would mean the plastic bottle is broken and would need a new one.
Thanks for posting. You saved me time researching the spark plug access procedure. FYI; As long as you have the torque wrench hub straight above (in-line with) the spark plug, you do not have to compensate for the added socket wrench extensions. 15 LB-FT of torque would still be correct.
Mike makes this noise when I start then goes away is this a bad pump?
My guess would be probably not, until it starts doing it all the time like this one on the video i wouldn’t worry about it,
@@MTG6.2shit mines do😂 now ik
I’m having my rpm’s move a lil bit at idle and a hard brake sometimes think my pump is bad I’m sure it is my car kinda sounds like this
@what_up_doe_AL If it is i would replace it asap before it locks up and breaks the camshaft
I did this a few years ago and already went bad again. I did drive 100,000 miles in that time but didnt probably torque it to spec
Thats a pretty good amount of miles, my guess would be the gasket just got old and brittle, gaskets get brittle and loose they elasticity over time after heating up and cooling down alot.
Thanks for the video amigo!!
Dont have great experience with this charger as its basically a color swapped black and decker with a higher jump start (50 instead of 40 amp model). But bench top chargers can be good to keep batteries from dying while working on car electronics with the engine off and reconditioning old batteries. At the shop we use Blue Point and Mac bench tops which are basically Clore automotive chargers andbthe newer snap on bench top with dedicated 30 amp continuous charge. As with all smart chargers, its improtant to know what is the lowest voltage it can detect to begin charging( otherwise they won't work on depleted batteries). Trickle chargers (2amp) can also be good option when storing batteries or vehicles for long periods of time. Some plug in trickle chargers even plug into the OBDII port.
Yeah thats what i been seen that most people have alot of trouble with it, and your right if the voltage is to low i wont charge usually what i do is use the jump start feature like twice then it would start chargthe battery, the one i have i left it out in the rain for like a week i just forgot i left it out side and am pretty surprised that still works just fine just the chrome handles are rusty looking but it still works just fine.
@@MTG6.2 I use a cart with older batteries to parallel charge the severely depleted batteries. Once the smart charger detect voltage is reached I'll put it into reconditioning mode. Once enough voltage is stabilized in the reconditioned battery I'll trickle charge with very low amps for days if needed. If the best option is to reconstruct the battery then its better to just buy another.
Bought the same exact kit (box and 16 bits but difft sticker) from Matco about 5 years ago. I heard "unofficially" its produced by Irwin. Well now that we don't have a Matco dealer that lifetime warranty seemed pointless. However, when my new Mac tools dealer rolled in the shop and saw my abandoned bit kit he asked if I needed any warranty on it. I informed him it had a Matco sticker on the box. He tore it off and brought me a brand new set with. Mac sticker on it. Yeah he definitely won my return business that day. And the kit is great with the two quick disconnect shanks that can turn a regular drill into an improvised quick release clutched driver.
That’s awesome some tool dealers are just the good, some times hard to find, i got a friend that uses this kit thats how i found out about it, from what i heard from him he loves them and uses them avery day for filters and stuff like that, he told me they work great.
What if your car is still skipping after the plugs have been changed
Does it have a check engine light on ??

Well how has it held up?
Pretty good i still use it and in the winter time it sits outside in the snow and dont have any problems with it.
