    Dieting is really hard, I can tell you this from experience. For me it was all about eating low calorie high-volume foods, or trying to get full of foods with high fiber. Remember that losing weight is just thermo dynamics, some people that I know have found it easier to increase calories but increase exercising proportionally. Another thing that can increase motivation is finding someone else willing to diet with you, having someone else go through the same hardship/struggles that you do can help a lot in terms of motivation.

      yes you would throw out then the needle cartridge they are one time use. You can clean your face with a very gentle mild cleanser. • @Heidisspalife
      @Heidisspalife 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The needles itself is going in and out at such a rapid speed and very shallow depths that it does not end up tearing the skin. Where you can get into trouble is if you have your pen set to a low speed and are move the pen too fast that might cause an issue. However when it comes to depths we are dealing with 1.2 (.5) mm on the very surface of the skin.

      I am not a bleeder to begin with even when I got my nose pierced years ago it didn't really bleed. Some people are probably just more vascular and will bleed easier. Also I am not new to micro needling so my skin was very much used to it. I have deeper scars on my cheeks so the 2.0 doesn't really bother me much. Everyone skin is different in the end. Is it enough to just wash hair before microneedling the scalp? I don't want to dry out my hair with rubbing alcohol

      there are other antiseptics that do not have a sting factor. A local pharmacy will have a bunch of antiseptics.

    Hey Heidi I was wondering Did you use the 36 size needle on the cheek area

      @Heidisspalife 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have used it before. I usually use the 12 needle count because that is where my problem area is.
