As far as I'm aware, 1801-1805 been retired from service ever since 1871-1880 enter service. I'm not sure if they fully retired since it hasn't been confirmed yet however UMASS still have their 2011 XDE40's going so PVTA have a few left operating passenger service.

Its a possibility SATCo took 1801-1805 out of service and retired them but they still have remaining 2010 Gilligs to take out of service later on Also the 2024 XDE40 order is 1870-1880 for SATCo A small error on the roster was made to think that 1870 was actually a 2023 XD40 University of Massachusetts still have 3301-3305 rolling in the Amherst area so the remaining 2011 XDE40s has not fully been taken out of service just yet

I heard. They introduced a try free transit program which will take effect from November 1st, 2024 thru June 30th, 2025. Every bus route PVTA offer is free accept B-79.

I was honestly surprised about that. That section of New Park Avenue is filled with cracks in the road which cause it to be a bumpy ride.

I did remember about 1047 being in that accident. Some major accidents with CTtransit on top of my head are with A10, A73, 520, 713, 1042, 1047, 1429, A1479, A1510, 1726, 1780, and 1931. Too bad 1047 and most of the other units I stated retired where a few of them are not in operation to this day.

So far when the new routes came in, only 567 bus stops were installed where 125 and 262 didn't have theirs set up yet. Not really complaining about 125 since most of the bus stops were formally used by other routes before some reroute changes were made like 69 for example.

I started off with 567 before going for 262. Was able to get that 262 trip somewhere after 11am and took 261 back.

We don’t have 1800, 1801 is mostly still used for WRTD but idk what’s going on with 1802 and 1803

It turns out only 1802 is in Waterbury but 1803 is possibly serving Hartford

Northeast Transportation now required 1802 and 1803 from Hartford garage. Like Edwin stated, there isn't a 1800 and 1801 is used by Windham Region Transit District. To me, it really looks like they are keeping 1801.

Yes, finally someone noticed. So what this passenger was trying to do is get to the train station in Milford. New Haven doesn’t have direct bus service to Milford Railroad Station besides 271M, but it doesn’t run on Sundays. He hopped on the 262 trying to get to Connecticut Post Mall since it’s a faster trip and yes, it does serve the highway and was so confused on why we got off the highway but he didn’t know it serves Orange District then the Mall. I mean it’s part of the schedule but still a new route. But the way how he acted on the bus is something else to talk about too.

@@rondeezothebusandrailfannerthe only new routes in the 25th is 125, 262, and 567 while 907, 140, 45 and this one and maybe other routes will be discontinued some of them will go for service changes.

And why do I always have the feeling that 262 aka the new route that’s coming in 2 days connect service with the 234 which is my home route

I heard something a long time ago from MJchicagoland where PACE express routes don't have return trips. I didn't even know they had MCI's to begin with.
