Near east coast park = endless mosquitoes. House get mouldy fast. I stayed at Costa Del Sol for 8 years and move out. If you ask me if sea view worth it or not? I would say only first 6 months you feel excited. After that, honestly no difference. In fact you may even need to spend more on good de-humidifier as your clothes/luxury bags will smell in wardrobe. Air humidity is high.

Singaporeans are lucky that , many of these old recipes still handed down & managed by well trained new generation of master chiefs! Sadly many Malaysian old school foods are disappearing fast due to the retirement of many old master chiefs & the new ones are not even cooked by the locals! I just went there last sunday, quite crowded with people.i ordered hokkien prawn noodle but it was 9:08 very small in portion and a bit salty. Very bright ,spacious and clean toilet . Ntuc is at basement one, suitable for families to do gocery shopping.thanks for sharing video .
