@@iztok8946 for sure. After the firts lap I thought I would not survive lap 2 and 3. Luckily the pace came a little bit down when Express 1 passed us. You are super strong and belongs in Express 1!!

@@rp6760 Thank you. Exacly, we went out a bit too fast, but then we setteled into a nice pace, until the end. I think it is just riding smart, and saving energy when I can. Yesterday I was barelly hanging, we have a heat wave.👍

Thank you! Yes, it is possible, but I am using basic recording program from Nvidia to capture screen. For audio recording it would be better to use OBS or simmilar program.

Thank you Andrew. I use an older MTB that is dedicated for the trainer, so the biggest gear is 44x11. No, I never really plan a sprint, I go by a feeling, sometines earlier and sometimes later, but usually you have to go when others go😂 Good luck!

@@blackjohnny0 yes there are. It is most usefull to use "Zwiftpower" or "Zwift Hacks" websites and appy filters for events to find what you are looking for👍

@@iztok8946 It's stupid that just Zwift app doesn't have these filters. Same as scoreboards.

@@blackjohnny0 exacly, their scoreboard is useless, so make sure to sign up to Zwitpower.

I had to shift to bigger front chainring and my chain skipped, I lost draft and I didn't have anything left in legs to chase them, so I decided to recover a bit and wait for B's behind me. Then I just waited for the sprint😂
