Good fill this year. Here's hoping for cold spells
Are you allowed to fly a drone in a provincial park?
Yes, I have permission. Not anyone can fly here.
Nice flying Todd. Great day for it .
Steve this day was too perfect. Right now is the time for snow hiking. No need for snowshoes. And the temperature was ideal.
Awesome 👍
Very cool!!!
Pranam, Acknowledge your video and respect it. Purely by blessings of SriSadGuru means साक्षात परब्रह्म and SriKrishna I am writing the below message by my own realization and experience of Akash tattva! I would request to please understand the importance of Akash! Does anyone looks at it and feels gratitude that we are under its roof? Refer 2.23 of Srimad Bhagwat Geeta: नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावक: | न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुत: ||23|| Similar to आत्मा,can you use weapons against Akash ?Can you flare fire? Can you wash it by water? Can you dry it by air? No literally no! But we are thankless for Akash though we all are protected and mere a part of it! Aadhar entire universe is pervaded in him but just look at his Shakti that we are in him but he is not bounded by us! Giving an example of air, where it remains steady(स्थित) in Akash despite its wavering everywhere similarly we all are स्तिथ in परमात्मा.That is why Aadhar card came in as an identity since we all are on his aadhar😃😃😃.Please understand we are just here to play our roles! Only manushya aakar in Brahma ,similar to pashu and pakshi. This is the actual reality! ”ह” means Akash that is why we always ask “how are you?” or say “Hare Krishna”See the उच्चार of “how” or “Hare” you say “ह”.So please understand the importance of Akash. It is so blissed, beautiful ,extremely दयाळू and protects us like a mother protects a child😇😇😇 I am writing this by SriSadGurukrupa and Srikrishnakrupa with absolutely no selfish motive! Hari Om Tat Sat.
this is better this way.
Smooth as butter, love to see it with 8x the water, would love it even more to paddle a few parts

Absolutely beautiful flying and the song from my youth in the 70s just melted me.
Neato!
Beautiful spot.
Spectacular. Amazing tour of the river.
Wow beautiful British Columbia ❤
Those clouds above the snow covered treetops 😍 amazing!
Stave? Ubc forest?
Alouette Lake. from Blue Mountian.
That is a long range mission. I cannot do that with a Phantom due to line of sight limitations
Again very nice footage what model drone do you use?
Okay, so I did a re-edit of the first film it was too long. This is the Mavic Air 2, Better in windy conditions. It can also fly farther. But now I have the FPV Avata Which can fly into tight spots. Does no like the wind at all.
Brrrrr!
Love it. At some point it feels like paragliding. Maybe a Mavic in aircraft mode?
This is an Avata FPV. I also own a Mavic Air. Just some test flying. You can't get tight flying in a Mavic. I can fly through the forest with the Avata.
@@Todspeed you are very skilled flying in the forest like that
Very cool, you could state that this is from.the helicopter as you flown over 5000ft asl likely in controlled Vancouver airspace ;-)
Gave it a thumbs up but did not change the 0 nice flying again Todd
Thank You Brother Stephen
Where is this?

I go here all the time up to the Sawblade area. Would love to see a new extended aerial view exploring that area. It's a fantastic walk and a wonderful scenic region of the Tri Cities.
@@Todspeed thank you
Nice flying Todd
That is some killer flying! Nicely done. Your drone must be tiny to navigate these spaces. Beautiful scenery.

What have you learned about drones and any tips for a beginner?
Well after flying for 6years and 5 drones later. Just start off in a nice Open field and see how far your drone flies before disconnects and returns home Then get an idea for Heights and flyovers The best filming is done as close to the tops of trees as possible remember the camera is a faraway lens. Keep an eye on your drone then look at what your screen sees to get a real-distance perspective. I've also just learned that the best filming is done in Tripod mode or cine mode. then you can speed up your filming in editing for the most high def. and sharpest results. Remember flying the drone is the easy part. It's the editing that makes it worth watching.
