I saw the Ricky in the thumbnail, PLUS this is my favourite bassline ever, and I just had to pop in for a listen! Beautiful! You really pick up the groove and those alternately-plucked high flourishes are so tight! To me, this McCartney bassline in particular is like J. S. Bach gone rock and roll! Partially because of the counterpoint and perfectly busy-yet-unintrusive melody... but also because of the constant, rolling flow; which you picked up on perfectly 👌 Regarding some other comments on the volume balance: I could hear the bass perfectly when I listened to it through my TV Surround system just now but, for some reason (most likely something to do with stereo imaging/phase cancellation?) it was less prominent through my phone when I opened it to write this comment 🤔 It sounded great on my TV though! Anyway! A perfectly bassline, perfectly executed! Thank you for sharing with us! 😁
