What part of this is funny? When I got in a crash the g forces are crazy. You couldn't handle it probably so you should not be laughing. They could have seriously hurt themselves, what if you crashed and hurt yourself just to find someone laughing at you on a TH-cam video of the crash.

No worries! I don't think we actually made any contact, but it was close. It's really just a guessing and feeling it out game the first couple laps in those conditions. I definitely had the wrong gearing. It just felt like a little bump tbh. I was surprised that it bent the axle. Took a while to change it, but it was our first time removing an axle so I was just happy to get it repaired in time for the final!

He definitely suffered some injuries but he was chilling with us in the paddock yesterday in good spirits.

Hey, yep! I raced in arrive and drive for about 10 years, got my own kart last year.

Haha honestly he was so fast anyways. He was only back there because he crashed out in Heat 2. No way we could have kept him behind, especially me with my sprocket that had about 4 teeth too many for the conditions.

Thanks! Yeah I feel like I had good pace. It was nice to be able to keep pace with you in the pre-final, at least until we got by Lorenzo. Honestly falling back to 6th at the start of the final almost bothered me more than being taken out. I have enough 5th and 6th place finishes, I want a podium! lol

Yeah it's a shame I didn't capture it. It was a fun battle, I remember exactly what happened. I was closing in on you mostly up the hill out of turn 9, and one lap I was able to take a tighter exit out of 9, and pull up along your right side just enough that you could see I was there, which compromised your entry into 8, and then I did the crossover to the inside of 8 for the overtake.

Yeah it was quite slippery. More difficult than some full wet races I've had. We were around 3-4 seconds slower than in hot weather.

+Adrian Koniarz haha i'll definitely keep trying til the end, think of how much better my position would be if that kart didnt break down while I was leading from pole, or they didn't mess up the grid order in the other wet race. Ah well, not going for the championship this year, its just for fun. You're on track for a perfect season! I wonder if anyone has done that before.

Haha thanks! I checked, a guy in like 2012 or something had all race wins, except he missed two races and he didn't make them up so technically no one has done it before in the teen group :) A guy in youth did win everything though so I'm trying to match that record ;)

Adrian Koniarz Cool, yeah the karts were all over the place in terms of speed. Even in this race, you could see 2nd place blow by me and retake the lead on the straight. I had to drive defensibly for the rest of the race to keep him behind. Hopefully the new karts are more even.

Didn't participate. I was running 4th going in, best case scenario I'd probably end up 3rd, so I decided not to bother this year. My friend Amer is in second so I'm hoping he can win it overall this year. Good luck in the finals!
