I have 802 series 2 and the panara controller ii, but the controller only have preset for the 802 series 3, does that preset compatible with bose 802 series 2 ?

How about manual setting?

Congratulations , AND I have a question about the Bose 802 cabinet, And if you have idea why the speaker number 1 (one ) of the 8 eight little speakers in the cabinet are receiving more power than the other seven ??? Have you see or know something about it ?? 🙏🏼

Just wondering When switching these units on with nothing plugged into inputs and outputs is there any settings information displayed on the screen? I have just purchased two of them. However when I switched them on The LCD lights up but no digital information displayed. I’ve also plugged them up however no signal and still no settings digital information displayed Just the lit up blank blue screen. Thanks in advance.

Amazing sound, never tried the 802, know them fron shops and airport paging. I think they would not improve my 4 Bose 901 home arrangement

Outstanding equipment. I have the bose bose 901's series 6. But these are amazing. I wish I had your bose amps. I have qsc rmx amp. Works great though. With audio mixer.

Pro tip: It's not ideal to line up a row of speakers like this for an actual performance. If they are too close, they will self-interfere and create "hot spots" and "dead spots" as you walk from side to side, plus a swishing quality as you move around the room, caused by the interference pattern (due to different distances to each speaker). You can use the mounting points on the cabinet to mount the cabinets two-high because they are horizontally symmetrical; the four middle speakers play the full range of frequencies including high frequencies, and the four outer drivers are filtered so they only play low frequencies. This is done to create smoother horizontal polar response.
