Keep in mind that Billy Maximoff inherited his mother's powers and is an extremely powerful witch in his own right. In the future, he succeeds Dr. Strange as Sorcerer Supreme. To that end, Billy is a telepath who can hear the thoughts of his loved ones when they experience a strong emotion. He ABSOLUTELY heard Wanda and Vision's thoughts as they tucked him and Tommy into bed. He was aware of what was going to happen and, while he may not have been actively casting a spell, his magic kicked in to find him another vessel to swap his current body in order to survive. Think of it akin to child Wanda's Probability Hex to stop the Stark bomb from going off. At that age, she didn't know the concept of probability let alone know how to cast a Probability Hex. Even so, her magic sensed her fear and, more importantly, sensed her need and desire to stop the bomb from detonating. From those emotions, it acted to help her achieve that goal in whatever way that it could thus ensuring her survival to one day become the Scarlet Witch. There's no reason to think Billy's magic wouldn't operate in the same way.

By saying that William Kaplan is Billy Maximoff's variant means that the two are from different realities. But no. They are both in Earth-616, same universe.

Rio has been orchestrating everything all along. Why? Many reasons. Agatha hates her because her son died and Rio was "not allowed" to break the rules to bring him back. Just like it's "not allowed" for Death to kill someone, she can't revive someone either. But maybe she can BEND the rules? Or find a "work around"? If the Witches' Road is capable of giving you what you miss the most, she just needed to get Agatha to go on the journey and make it to the end. I don't think Agatha has done the journey before. Too much surprises her. Eric Voss on Breakroom was complaining about the Salem Seven just being a device to get the witches moving and I thought... well, duh! Thart's why Rio told them where to find Agatha. Agatha is a survivor, she loves shortcuts, and she trusts no one. Look out for yourself and do what is needed, no more. She is not going to risk her life walking the Road unless the alternative is worse. So, Rio attacks her, like Agatha expects, and "accidentally" spills the beans about calling in the Seven. She even told her WHEN they'd get there. She told Lilia to write a Black Heart on her list, already having panted that phrase in Agatha's mind. She was "in the neighborhood" when they summoned a replacement green witch. Agatha thought the ritual was sure to fail (her face when it "worked" and Rio knew the coven was already complete (Billy!). Who do you think "left the door open" after being "summoned". I don't think it was a coincidence that the sign the ritual for the backup Green Witch had "worked" was a gust of wind. Note also that nothing Rio has said to anyone so far is anything but TRUE. But speaking the truth is not the same as not being misleading. It's not Rio's fault if they assume things... Also, all of the witches have had brushes with death, some more than others. Rio chose this group carefully and has been setting it all up for a very long time. Because Lilia is her agent. Death can't kill or revive people but perhaps when young Lilia watched the death of her coven during the events in Sicily in the 16th century, she was "spared" in return for her service. A nudge here, a prophecy there, say nothing about that, encourage these people to meet, accept this job at the Eastview Temple, make a sigil to hide HIM... such simple tasks. And now Rio has her love, aided by the most powerful witch there can be (since Wanda), poised to solve the issue she's been putting in the way of their reunion all these years. And if Billy needs an incentive to help Agatha...? Guess what, or who, Death has in her pocketssess...preciousssss

Magickal tea refill: So, Lilia's disdain towards brooms and Ouija boards is pretty accurate for modern day Wiccans. It's more eye roll inducing than rage inducing. Still, brooms are a standard magickal tool for modern day Wiccans which we call besoms (beez•um) to differentiate from the house cleaning tool. Likewise, we call them Spirit Boards instead of Ouija boards. Many Wiccans make and decorate their own besoms. How to make a besom is surprisingly easy but does require some research. The type of wood used for the handle and thistles along with how it is decorated help determine the besom's purpose. Spirit Boards are harder to make but there are places online where you can order and/or request a custom made Spirit Board. The fear over using a Ouija board is overblown. They're a mass produced novelty item you can buy at Wal-Mart. The odds of successfully communing with a spirit using one is 0. Now, a custom made Spirit Board with the intent to commune with spirits is much higher. Even using a legit Spirit Board, it would take several attempts before one can actually commune with a spirit.

When Lilia said "I hated this the first time" she was talking about in episode 2 where she randomly started screaming for no reason. She sees glimpses into the future but she doesn't really retain much information. That's why she's always saying something random but instantly forgets it until it happens.

My current theory RE Agatha's powers 1) Absorbing the power and life force of those around you does seem quite... dark. 2) Agatha may not be able to control it because she's never really tried. I mean, putting aside the horrible possibility that she drained her son, Alice's "attack" may be the first time in hundreds of years she has ever been blasted by someone who WASN'T seriously trying to kill her. The midst of fighting for your life isn't generally the best time to start experimenting with non-lethal modifications to your instinctive self-protection response. 3) If Agatha was born with this ability, is it a mutation or perhaps such a "demonic" seeming power has a literally demonic source? 4)We know who Agatha's mother is but... who is Agatha's father? Evanora might be a lot more acquainted with "evil" than she's willing to admit.

Her “intense” caring for Teen in episode 4 (and even a little in episode 3) doesn’t match up with the theory that she always knew who he was. Whatever allowed her to realize it, happened in this episode.

Agatha saying "You're so much like your mother," to Wiccan works on so many levels. Agatha projects a label onto Wanda as a being destined to destroy the world. Evanora Harkness also considers Agatha to be destined for a dark path, so Agatha is only passing on what she has known ever since she was a baby and maybe deep down desired a sisterhood with Wanda at the time. A year after the events of WandaVision, Wanda fulfilled the prophesy of the Scarlet Witch that she herself rejected in the final episode of that series. She acted all high and mighty when she trapped Agatha in a spell only for it to lead to her true downfall in Multiverse of Madness. The same is happening with Billy when he declares to Agatha, "Not for me." This time, instead of the teen filling Agatha's subconscious void left by her detachment from all forms of sisterhood like Wanda briefly did for her, she was hopeful he would fill the void left by the death of her son, Nicholas. In her moment of realization, Agatha even flicks Billy's chin up just like she did with Wanda in her basement lair.

With the sigil on him, if he was Agathas son, he never would have been able to say Nicholas Scratch to break her from pulling power from Alice.

IMO she only made this video because of the song's popularity as she hadn't planned to focus on video singles like she had previously. She says that they thought of leaving it off the album, that maybe it was a flop. To me, it shows her amazing talent, she can write an atypically full voiced Pop song that goes to #1 tho she has mostly not done straight pop. She has released a 'making of' video with her director who also directed the 'Guess' remix video. The fact that she didn't direct it also shows me it was not in her plan, as she directed the 2 video singles she released right after the album release almost 5 months ago. She black screens her video endings to keep notifications off her videos. A video with this song at her concerts shows her wearing tight yellow short shorts and black top with a shorter hair style in a a field of flowers; an early 1960s look, to me.

My personal theory on Teen is that he is Billy Maximoff aka Wiccan. Wanda put the sigil on him and it will no longer be needed once Wiccan no longer sees her as Agatha Harkness and sees her as Auntie Agatha.

Magickal tea refill: there is a saying in Wicca that one cannot heal if they cannot hex. I imagine Agatha's trial will be about dark magic. How can you combat that which you do not know? Even Harry Potter had his DADA class.

People are too attached to nostalgia with Katy Perry. They see her as only teenage dream and they ask for that of her all the time, she then experiments with witness, “it's too different”. She then does something a little bit different yet more in the middle with a great storyline (smile) and “it's not enough.” She then just does something fun and to dance too, it's not experimental enough for anyone. She can never win to those who see her as who they want to see her as. As a fan of hers, I let her give me what she wants and is this new album her best? Maybe not. But I enjoy it because it's Katy Perry and she gave me some fun music to listen to. Witness & smile are my fav albums from her. And loving those albums and leading to this made so much sense when you go into it that way

Teen can’t be Agatha’s son, he would be much older right? That last scene broke me though. The acting in this episode 🤌🏽

RE the final moments ("that boy isn't yours") Rio sees that Agatha is trying to convince herself Teen is her son. She could let her keep believing that, which is obviously lessening the hostility she has for Rio, and they could have some "fun". But Rio actually LOVES Agatha, so she decides to "rip the Band-Aid" off, risking her chance at reconciliation, so that Agatha won't rely on an illusion the same way she has relied on her "I don't do feelings" anger. She wants her to HEAL, rather than just "feel better". Rio is really being a good human. For someone who probably isn't... that's impressive.

Lilia is a divination witch. Because of her weakened power, she can't control it, which is why she's on the road. Any time she says something random is a line taken from the future her. At the campfire where she couldn't finish her sentence is when the words "I love you guys" during the last episode came from. I can't wait till this show is over to see where her lines were meant to go.
