I was so excited for this videoooo ❤❤ I think that powerless was 100% better and was honestly a 6 star read for me but reckless for me was still amazing. I do get how people would find it repetitive but honestly Lauren could've released anything and I would've ate it up and given it a high rating just because of Pae and Kai <3 But I do agree with all your points on the book. But the poppy flower field scene at the end....literal perfection right there omggg

EDIT: i agree with all of your comments! for me this was more a a 4 star, i still think powerless was better :) i’m excited for the finale and i hope poor kit has a happy ending :(

I read Powerful yesterday and sobbed like hell!!! I felt the same like I knew what was gonna happen but I still put myself through that and made myself unwell...Also finished Reckless today...and these books are now my undoing honestly :)

I really like your retelling and passion and pov on the book, and i agree on the sewing scene and the distraction and the "who did this to you" being every females fav moment💓 But the part where kai kills the girl and buries her and puts flowers on top of her and thats the green flag for paedyn to think: oh maybe hes good, is so messed up😭 Also i thought they had to get each others bands but they've done everything but that, it didnt seem like the best chance to spend all the time chatting and getting to know each other, with no care for the trial

Bruh nobody, and I mean NOBODY, told me I was gonna ugly cry at the end of this book

I've read all inheritance and huge fan of it all, but honestly Murtagh turned me down a little bit, specially the first half (why did he break the story in 2?) - it was good reading but...... idk, very average imo

8:39 this is the first time I have seen someone else read this way! I don’t know why but my eyes will skip ahead even if I don’t want to, so I use this method with my bookmark. I also put my hand over the other side of the page until I’m ready to read it because I don’t trust myself!
