My sizes are Calf 40cm / 15.7 inch . Lower quad 50cm / 19.7 inch and knee 42 cm / 16.5inch size chart says 2XL should I go for 2XL or get 1XL
Thanks for the analysis! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Did squating so much effect your deadlift at all??

Have you tried the Avancus?
@@ivancampanodiaz I have the Avancus 2.5 high tops they are great. Very similar feel to the notorious radix
@@jaredjamesfit would you say one is grippier that the other? I think it would be could to see a full comparison! Thanks for your response anyways!
@@ivancampanodiaz I’ll make a comparison. I think they are nearly the same in my opinion
@@jaredjamesfit Thanks so much sir!
No doubt that an all time pr will be hit week 6
🤞🤞🤞
Oopsie woopsie, 1:23 was actually 200kg, and it flew like it was an empty bar😁
Good catch 😅
I thought you looked like John Wick if he did powerlifting. Still watched the whole video, good stuff!
LOL first time I’ve heard that comparison. I must look lethal 🔫💪
The fact that you can manage 6x squat per week is insane lowkey, I could never do that
@@ethvnlift will see how I feel on week 6 😅😬
Avancus apex power 2.5 vs notorious lift radix? Which one has more traction and which one has more support (on sumo deadlift for example)?
What is Your bench, squat, deadlift max? Bodyweight?
I think 2 Correct me if I am wrong
Squatting 6 days a week works
I felt more secure the gangsta knee sleves from markbell, its 9.5 thick of neopreme. I broke mines, and already have discontinued 😢
brotherssssss
Easy!
im so fucking weak bro 😭
What’s your camera setup? Looking into getting a Sony FX30
I have a Sony A7IV
Leg day be scared of bro 😱
Awesome 👍🏼
how much weight do you squat for each day during the 6 days? i cant imagine you squat heavy every day so i wonder how light the light days are.
I’ve been working up to an RPE 8-9 single during the 6 days
Just remember that every small sensation could turn into a long-term injury with high frequency. Speaking from experience.
8:26 Why no lift?
Red cards he got Failure to lock the knees straight at the completion of the lift. & Failure to stand erect with the shoulders back. - I was told they looked “droopy”. Blue cards he got downward movement of the bar before it reaches the final position. Plus it was diabolical to get three red lights because I couldn’t challenge it
I have a pair of rigor mortis but I have a question! Should I change the stiffness of my knee sleeves, like to the A7s Stiff? i often train with the rigor mortis knee sleeves but wondering if I should reduce the stiffness!
@@xxsnowninja2896 I personally like a sleeve that gives good compression especially for training. I’ve been wearing the SBD original’s and SBD powerlifting sleeves because of the compression. Inzer and A7 rigor mortis don’t feel good to me. I personally don’t like the stiffness. I find the stiffness makes my knees weaker & heavily reliant on them to the point where I couldn’t do any sleeveless squat training. It’s nice to have/train in a sleeve that allows your knee joint to move more freely IMO
So sad. Keep crushing it though. You’ll get there. You’re the hardest worker in the room and you’ve got consistency in the bag.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I purchased the Radix shoes a couple of months ago and they already started to break apart from the bottom of the soles after minimal use and when I attempted to contact them to find a resolution, guess what they did? They ignored all emails and direct messages and BLOCKED me on all social media from being able to spread information about their unethical business practices. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this so that's currently pending. To add insult to injury, I attempted to leave a review about those shoes on the company's website and they blocked them from being posted!! That also led to me filing a formal complaint with Shopify for the same issues. Notorious Lift is by far the worst in the business.
2 sizes too small is why they are ripping dude. They say to not go even 1 size smaller. 😅
@@autoimmune-barbell I’ve worn “true to size” and they were waaay to big around the calves they’d slip down. The jumps between sizes are huge IMO. I also have clients that have them appear big around the calves and they still rip too
@@jaredjamesfit interesting. Every review I’ve read says they are sided very small and they could barely get on the true to size fit. Maybe it more so depends on calf and quad size. I have 27 inch quads at their biggest point and a little over 16 inch calves. Maybe your legs and calves are on the smaller side? I normally wear large and just bought a large and the site says to not size down ever. Hope it’s a good fit for me.
@@autoimmune-barbell my calves are definitely on the smaller side
Your strong keep it up man 💪💪
Whats little? I was 16-17 158# 4.5-6% body fat. Squat 505, deadlift 505
I think is because your height, but your back is rounded, I would assume your build is better suited for summo. Good job regardless.
A verly slightly rounded back is fine. Just as long as aren't putting pressure on the spine, especially the lower. Flexing the spine under pressure is when snap city occurs but yeah sumo is better when tall imo. I don't as I'm not risking my back at all.
@@IncognitoSpraxI have short legs and long arms I'm great deadlifts but trash at bench, decent at squats.
Great review mate! What's your quad and calf circumference?
what is ur calf measurement to fit in the xs sbd sleeves?
I can fit an XS but I wear a size S My calves are 14” unflexed and 14.5” flexed
@@jaredjamesfit word okay thanks bro!

Ok Cool Talk to me When you DeadL Lifet 810 Prounds LBs Big Guy
How much does the suit help? Never used it but a competitive friend my mine said it helps more than a belt.
Little?
Bro you watch anime You could probably only deadlift 10 kgs bruh
That guy aint little tho...
that form was horrible i mean good on ya for lifting it but you cheated by being pretty far up but you're gonna ruin your back with how round you have it when preforming those lifts
you have no idea what you're talking about. elite powerlifters routinely have rounded but stabilized UPPER backs during near-maximal deadlifts. it's completely fine but not recommended for beginner lifters because they lack the body awareness to pull it off.
@@BPFACTS88 see I’m not the only one who said he was wrong. U need to go train for power lift or Olympic before I start opening your mouth.
@@brandonmcclain1186 lol, you dummy... th-cam.com/video/tTYLVmeIq_o/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/users/shortsleiwvpfpyq8
Great job dude but you gotta go to failure to really make them muscles grow
You’re killing your back. Your butt needs to be more lower towards the ground plus you need to roll your shoulder back and have your chest out trust me

@@BPFACTS88 umm I power lifted and did Olympic weightlifting for 6 years. So I’m pretty sure I know what I’m talking about. I was trains by a man name Brian Neese who was a world strongest man in 1999. So I know a thing or two about weightlifting.
You're right mate. He needs to engage the lats, that's the movement with rolling his shoulders back. Because he's tall he needs to squat like more at first part of the movement, ass a little down, chest upright. Amazing comment 👏
