If that's a serious question, depends on the generation. In the beginning they used standard rocket fuel and gasoline to power the ACs, but by Armored Core 3 they swapped to a hydro nuclear reactor system. In this series boosters were worked by venting excessive energy through funneling systems. In Armored Core 4 and For Answer, ionic thrusters were the main thrusters used, however Overboosters used a combination of said ionic thrusters and Kojima venting to reach ridiculous speeds (it's said White Glints prototype at the end of 4 could break the sound barrier at default boost speed). Meanwhile a combination of Hydrothermal reaction and rocket fuel is used to boost the overpack booster system (forget it's actual and, you use it like twice during campaign) in For Answer. As for V and Verdict Day, it regressed back to a rocket fuel system which is why the speeds dropped so drastically. Personally hoping 6 retains the speed of V/Verdict Day.
@@torukisaragi2712 makes the most sense. I don't mind using rockets to make the Cores go fast. But I'd love to see a similar effect to Pacific Rim where the movement reflects the fact that these are humongous steel machines of high-tech war.
I bet he cant make a iron blood orphans
yo lo ando jugando apenas y es delos mejores
how can armored core move so fast ?

After the announcement of Armored Core 6, this track and video is even more epic :D
I'm so playing this as I speed around the battlefield like Ares bound in steel.
Prefect👍
I so missed armored core! Nice GMV!
