How do you make friends in Stockholm? I find it quite hard to approach Stockholmers as a regular tourist 😅
Honestly I got lucky. But I recommend asking people for recommendations/ things to try, that’s the best ice breaker, if you vibe with them, maybe ask them to go together or invite them to an event you’re interested in. Also make sure they’re alone so they have less pressure.

I totally agree with you about PMS!! Actually, in my country and my generation (I'm a Latin American in my early 40s), guys used to have jokes like "leave that girl alone: apparently she's "period-ish", implying that if she was hypersensitive etc., it meant she was bleeding. Wrong!
Haha they got it so wrong. If anything the bleeding period feels melo and more calm. Like the dust is finally settling. Thank you for sharing ♥️

I recently started cycle syncing and I believe it has helped me become more in tune with my body and what I need. I noticed less cramp pain when I’m about to get my period, which is crazy because I’ve always had debilitating cramps. Less pain in general. I agree that getting to know yourself on this deep level can really help you in everyday life and tbh just connects you with yourself. Great video. ❤

As a dismissive avoidant all my life, I have been trying to finally learn how to break it after so many things have happened the past few months and I have just had it. Like enough is enough, I don't want to be 28 at the end of this year continuing these cycles.

Awesome video! I wish I work from home, but I've learned slowly, and after many mistakes, to listen to my body. If that means not going out, overeating or not eating at all, I'll do it. I just need to sync those behaviors with my actual cycle seasons and I'm sure they will align. And I've have learned to separate my personality from my thoughts during the luteal phase, cause it can get rough for me. That separation makes it easy to mitigate the dark thoughts.
I love that! Seperating your personality is so important, our hormones can make us feel like we’re going crazy but we must be gentle with ourselves
