11 Essential Tips for Improving Exit Velocity and Hitting with More Power
Nice pitch, I used to throw that back when I was in sixth grade lol. I’m in my 30s now. I got to ask does it feel like when you throw it? I always almost felt like I was aiming at the batter to just get it to cuts in to the strike zone.
HR
If u were aiming for home plate from right field you probably hit a random person walking to the bathroom.😂😂😂
5 hit by pitches?
Do they ever hit the strike zone or just doing their little kid arm flailing, uncontrollable throw?
Can u just tell me
How many Sets and Reps for these workouts?
@@AllenR127 that’s going to depend on your goals but typically we do anywhere from 3-4 sets of 4-8 reps
@@brxperformance Okay Thank you!
Thank you for the great vid. Can I get my 11 year old (soon to be 12 years) to go through this workout? I usually do lots of core workout without weights with him. Play let me know. Thanks again!
Yes, he definitely can do these. Don't be afraid to add in some lifts/exercises with weights as well as that can help him build a solid foundation when starting young!
@@brxperformance thank you so much!
Good old was he when he first started?
He was 13 when he first started training with us!
Nice work

1It a good idea. Nobody told me that when I was younger. Now at 40 my shoulders fu<k off out of socket just rolling over in my sleep. Had to have them popped back in place numerous times now.
I swear bro all boys look the same at 12 including me
Brother do u not see the beard on this man 🤣
👍👍👍👍
Get that full ROM on the bench, but overall pretty decent
We do full ROM bench work too, but also mix in some half/quarter ROM to focus more on output
Why don’t you do full body?
We have some athletes do full body lifts, just depends on the athlete
Went from doing 135 for 5 to 255 for 3 over the summer in reverse lunge gained about 3mph in velocity
Oof
Thank you Sir.
thenks brother
Im a righty so do I use my left are to push the ball or right
I’d recommend doing both sides

Are you specifically Training to build the least amount of muscle?
Nice tryout for dumbest person still breathing
Maybe you have autism but he is obviously not training for hypertrophy the day before a start (I think it means he’s starting in his baseball match)
@@Ke.442 ngl, he should probably do baseball then and not lift weights?
@@RenoTKC ever heard of passion..?
@@lynrel2885 passion for what? If he wants to get better at baseball he should play baseball and do exercises that help him do that. Lifting weights like this is a huge waste of time

I played there in my last tournament for the season
I love the big league dreams field
you’re a wizard with words and visuals, fantastic video! ♂️

Those prome shoulder rotations are a miracle workout
Nah
The knee
Steroids really do just ruin it for everyone, unrealistic expectations
Lifting heavy doesn’t even make you as big as hypertrophy training. Makes you strong
They breathed
They are humans
They all didn’t pitch for months this season😂😂😂
