Construction Training Fund
Australia
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 23 ต.ค. 2012
We work to create a skilled, diverse and sustainable construction workforce for Western Australia. We collect a training levy from jobs over $20,000 in WA, and use these funds to reduce the cost of training a diverse, job-ready workforce and educate the next generation about the exciting roles and opportunities in our industry.
Construction employers, employees, apprentices and trainees can access funding and incentives to assist in training and upskilling.
We also support the next generation of WA’s construction workforce with career pathways and industry insights. We provide scholarships for school-aged people to begin their pre-apprenticeship, while also support real-world experience through our Try-A-Trade program.

If there were no women there, the job would still get done. But if the men weren't there, the job wouldn't get done.

The brick laying is not hard work it’s the men they have bringing the bricks and mortar to them that do all the work ! Yes it’s a skill but not hard work
All of that? To do what? Prove a point? Just hire the people who are best fit. As with every other company who wants to be successful 🤦♂️
You won’t find any female staff ..
I met a female bricklaying team in WA once. They were pretty damn good too!
Hi sir, finally I'm writing my thoughts down here. Your channel has really inspired me. I spent a whole day going through your videos when I was preparing interviews for a site engineer role abroad, I'm soooo excited about this role. Even though it is true, I didn't realise how much this industry is worldwide saturated more importantly, how this has an effect on the everyday life of Indian engineers I grew up in India and 7 years before completed my B.TECH(CIVIL- ENGINEERING) and now I am doing normal civil engineer job in india !! This is so embraced and I feel this is a headache I still can't move abroad I am trying it. I want to encourage Indian engineering students, especially those from the Indian community and with lack of English barrier and also it being their second language, to follow their dreams to become an engineer in Abroad. Only one chance to give me I will perform definitely

Good on you love. It’s great to see new apprentices. I did two apprenticeships in my life and was a trade teacher for a while too. Tradies are the most logical thinking people on the planet. Although farmers would probably give us a run for our money. 😊
your first like after a year 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 best of luck!!!!
Another name for the benchtops masons are simply "benchie" or "benchie mason" I'm one. Wouldld love to do more monumental work some day
