Nitesh! I am not a specialist. Anxiety in present day life is quite common, don't think you are the only one facing anxiety problem. Meditate, share to near and dear , be positive , and if needed consult specialist.

Hopefully you will be fit without excess doze of medicine. Don't worry it is common now a days. Be open and discuss your problem with friends - it is also a type of medicine.
