Are you playing with VSync off, because I noticed a bit of screen tear
the reason you couldnt move those hungarian men in croatia was because there was no port, and since you didnt control that part of croatia at the time you couldnt build one. meaning you either would have to wait till croatia builds one or invade croatia again also dont forget you can split divisions! you can also peace out early, most of the time countries accept
