Horizontal relation with family member.. Vertical relation with krishna .. Rok tok dhok.. Stop, blaming ,Punishing are old menthods which downgrade the love of them with parents, low self confidence.. Common problem: eating , lack of concentration, not listen and respect us... Then problem is not in kids.. Play : Make rules of play time table, give other interesting activities Study : make study interesting ,fix the time routine .. T : talent T : target : be an idle for them. If they want to T : technology: stay away from technology.

Session 4- 25th Jun'23 By HG Gokuleshwar Prabhu 5 *Subject matters of Bhagwat Geeta* - *Iswarah* - SPOG/ Supreme creator, Supreme proprietor/ Supreme maintainer/ Source of Everything "Iswarah Parama Krishan Sachinanda Vigraha", Sat chit ananda *Jiva* - Soul - A part & parcel of Krishna, also spiritual in nature, eternal, and full of consciousness *Nature* - Unconsciousness *Karma* - Actions *Kala* - Time - In the Bhagavad Gita, out of 700 verses, only 2 verses discuss Kala. Krishna is Kala. In our clock , it represents the measurement of time. Time creates motion and changes. Using the example of an ocean , We see water, but we refer to it as waves because the movement of water is caused by the wind. Since we can not see the wind (the cause), we attribute it to the waves (the effect). There are 6 changes due to Kala: Birth Growth Maintenance Byproducts Dwindling Death The reason we dislike change is because our soul is sat (eternal), chit (full of knowledge), and anand (happiness). However, due to the influence of time, this world is asat (temporary), achit (lacking knowledge), and niranand (lacking happiness). The soul is incompatible with this world. The soul can not find true happiness in temporary pleasures. The relationship between the soul and Krishna is eternal, and our aim should be to attain eternal life. The Bhagavad Gita emphasizes that the soul is in an incompatible situation in this world. Instead of trying to adjust to this situation, we should strive to transcend it. For example, if one is in prison, instead of trying to improve the conditions within the prison, the focus should be on getting out of it. In this world, we are like prisoners, and we need to break free from the cycle of birth and death. Otherwise, we will spend our invaluable life trying to improve temporary situations. The goal of life is to exit the cycle of birth & death and attain eternal life, which is only possible in the human form. Story of Donkey - In a misguided attempt to marry the washerman's girl *Find Purpose of our life* Include Krishna in your life, offer love and devotion; there is no requirement for extensive knowledge of Sanskrit or strict rules and regulations. Human life is a great opportunity. Life without purpose is akin to an animal's life. The purpose of this life is to connect with Krishna. *If we connect with Krishna, our desires will be fulfilled beyond our imagination* - similar to the story of a boy who receives more candies from his aunt than he could have collected himself. Our hands are limited, but if Krishna provides, we receive abundantly. Another Story of Kardama Muni and Devahuti Mata. *Love means service* . Story of Krishna with the fruit seller. *Importance of Chanting* Story of a girl who offers the first chocolate to her father. Similarly, we should dedicate the first few hours of the morning to Krishna. Krishna and Krishna's name are one and the same. When we chant the holy name from our mouth and hear it with our ears, the name penetrates the heart, purifying the soul. *Self-realization* - We understand ourselves to be servants of Krishna. Our relationship with Krishna becomes enlivened, and by offering service to Krishna, we can return to Him. Why should we waste our human form of life and risk-taking birth in other species, or even if we are reborn as humans, start the learning process from scratch? Please chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra.
