Someone asking if the company they are supposed to be getting service from is outsourced to a foreign country after having been scammed by people is not the customer being rude. Nor is it a prejudice against dialect. Nor is saying your phone is being a stupid peace of sh*t calling anyone on the other end of the call stupid.

This is how businesses should be acting when customers out here doing "ish".

I worked in phone customer service for 6 years. People think being transferred to a supervisor is like waiving a magic wand and everything will suddenly go their way. The public is made of idiots.

well, it is either comp time and they leave 30 minutes early or they pay the 30 minutes in overtime. if they expect you to work for free, that company is cruising for massive fines from the DOL for violating federal timecard laws.
