I see a lot people here having same issue with me spray mode not working blinking with red light

I got one recently i have been charging it non stop for the past 3days on average 8hrs per day and its yet to indicate the green light...... is there something wrong with the fan??

It's written on the manual to charge for at least 16hrs before first use. Mine just charged for 2hrs and the green light stopped. Is it fully charged or i need to leave it even when it's plugged and the green light is stable(as fully charged)?

Please how do i no if mine is fully charged

Are you suppose to charge the fan for hours before it starts working
