great design but i have issues with it regarding lighting, i wish you had that whole corridor glazed from the roof. i know these days clients mind more on profit maximisation than tenants welfare otherwise every unit should have a private balcony for hanging clothes as its not ideal to carry stuff from lower levels to the roof in the name of doing laundry chores

Your doing excellent work but I doubt this standard design can sustains extreme temperatures and I have concerns about the insulation. I feel its not energy efficient and the look doesnt fit with your country culture. On note, I find your A-frame project excelllent and innovative !!!!

I like this, just one problem I'm seeing with it is that the balcony takes away from the space that could used in the upper rooms. and give more of an independent bathroom, I think the balconies are too much on the upper floor,
