I got my Period in Augest! ✨Pro Tip if your neverous about having it in school Don’t becuase other girls in your grade or in upper grades could have them.✨ Also if you school has trash cans for period products save a Pad wrapper or roll up the pad in toilet paper. ✨Pads✨ I personally feel that comfortable pads are my go to ! I’d definitely find a brand that’s right for you!! ✨Telling your parents✨ Telling your parents might be very awkward but remember your mom had/has her period, and it’s better to say them keep it a secret! ✨Tampons✨ I don’t really have any advice for tampons and stuff but I’d probably just roll up the tampon or something. ✨Cramps✨ I definitely recommend using a heating pad, hot bottle or a heating patch! ✨school Nurse✨ if you get your period at school I’d recommend having a jacket or something to keep around your waist. My nurse has pad and stuff so maybe yours will to! ✨emergency bag/period kit✨ Keep a period kit or emergency bag with you you can fill it with pads,tampons,heating patch,Midol,pimple patches,and even perfume or anything! ✨Disclaimer I’m not trying to say that this will work for you! This is just off of my personal experience✨ ✨Thanks for reading✨
