Turning with low pressure will pull the tire off the rim. #2 The choke is necessary to start the inboard 24 hp Honda engine. The electric solanoid can fail. If it does you can replace the solanoid or simply advance the choke by hand. To find the choke, remove the seat cover and look at the front left of the engine. There is a ribbed rubber activator in plane site. Simply advance the choke lever by hand and start the engine. Once the engine warms up release the choke and call Sealegs for the $25.00 replacement.
