Found it randomly while playing a randomizer.

From where I am at the start, back up into the water and as you slowly rise, hold down-right until you eventually clip through the basement ceiling. After that, turn around and swim toward the crawlspace (you might fall out then back into the water). As you float up to the crawlspace, position yourself so you land on the side of the crawlspace (careful not to get stuck in the middle of it), then just line up and backflip toward the dead hand room. @@HDA_8411 Thanks :). No, I don't have either a sword or a shield, I only have a deku stick in my randomizer. This was the only video I found for my case 😶

I'm taking a path that avoids the guard on the way to the upper area.

It's more to fix the camera from being locked all the way back near the castle, so that you can see where to swim to. You could probably do it the way you suggested, but it'd be harder I think because the camera would still be locked so far back.

Depends on how early in the game you want to get rupees. Personally I think the fastest way is killing the blue bubbles near the entrance of Milk Road with Light Arrows. They give you 50 rupees each and they respawn in less than 10 seconds.

@@miguelbaide1309 best way is the zora fin throwing minigame in great bay. Just find the spot to stand in, and throw the fins. You get 90 rupees every throw. You can max out the 500 wallet in 20 seconds

What about the East Clock Town 100 Rupee Chest?

Where's the fun in that? Also it's the kind of strat used in glitch-logic or no-logic randomizers when, say, you got neither bombs, nor goron mask, but you have access to kegs.

There are glitches that allow the use of items outside of any restrictions that they normally have, such as powder keg as human link. It's explained more in depth here: www.zeldaspeedruns.com/mm/tech/restricted-items I'm using the "ledge pop-up" method of restricted items to use the powder keg to blow up the wall, skipping the need for the goron mask to use powder kegs.

@@HDA_8411 oh that sounds neat. I do some randomizer runs, but I'm still learning things and I think tricks like these can come in handy :D

The better question is: why not use normal bomb
