i5 4570 . 3020 MT do not need a power replace . if you place a 1050 ti in it . and its perfect . if you want more powe you better go for i7 7020 is more sutted for higher performance .

@@m1lk_skywalter94 its for 3d modeling, game developing and playing overwatch and fortnite sometimes and for running adobe,blender,unity3d and other game dev related stuff
@@magicalwizard1359 I would say slap an i7 4790 or 4790S in it and max out the ram at 16gb. as for GPUs in my mind you have three options, GTX 1660 super, if you have a bigger budget then the Radeon RX 6600 or 6600 XT is your best option, and if you're feeling experimental then go for the Intel Arc A750. Although I do have some worries about these cards fitting in the Optiplexs case it should be fine, the 1660 and RX 6600 should fit, the Arc A750 however I think will be pushing your luck. And just to be safe I would put in a 500-600 watt power supply.

i have the dell optiplex 7020 mt i5/4590 and i have added a gtx 680 with 16 gb ram ddr4 and purashed a ssd and i get 144 fps in almost any game bc i have optimized all games i play

You should upgrade the CPU to a Xeon e3 1271 v3 which is equivalent to the i7 4790 but is 10% faster has a TDP rate of 80W but it doesn't have integrated Graphics so you will need a dedicated graphics card but the xeon is definitely worth it as it is cheaper than the i7 whereas the i7 is too expensive but for the cheaper price you can get this Xeon for the same performance even 10% faster than the i7 4790.

Yep, this power supply should totally work with the optiplex.
I'm running an i7 4790 with a 1050ti FTW on a stock PSU. It rarely pulls more than 200 watts.

Edit I read the description, you did state very clearly and plainly that a 24 to 8 pin adapter is required for the motherboard power input.
