I was in a car wreck yesterday. Thank the lord I’m barely hurt. I was forced to go in a car again to say because I needed to go to the hospital. I cried and bawled the whole time, trying to get out. Story time: I was in the car on my way home from a after school club. My dad was driving and i was sitting behind the passenger seat. As I look out the window I see a car speeding up to us, I thought we made it but then I heard it. The ‘BOOM’ of the cars, the spinning, the airbags hitting me in the face, my dad trying to shake me into realization. We where turning and a 16yr old sped up to beat upcoming traffic. Yet he to,d the police it was all our fault. The police said no body is at blame and we were ok with that. Until we figured out the car didn’t even have insurance. Which in my state it’s illegal to drive w out insurance. Yet the police are still blaming my dad. My whole family thinks it’s because the police are white, the 16 yr old was white, and my dad is black. It’s unfair. I will update y’all js like or smth so I remember too.

I’m begging to wonder if this is what I’m going to have to do. I was in a ditch. A ditch! And was told that they were just going to fix my tires and maybe my bumper. There was also fresh vegetables in my car, because I had just gone to a food bank earlier that week. Due to their negligence, they still haven’t worked on it, because they said that there was mold in it, from the vegetables that molded on their watch! So now it’s been a month, I’m having to return the rental car back to the company and now my husband and I will have to share one car. Had I known that they were going to lie to me and not fix my car, I never would’ve surrendered my car to them. I’m honestly not sure what to do.

Im currently considering making a page, i have cystic fibrosis, im on disability and struggling to find ways to pay bills buy food and im severely malnourished at 92lbs, ive had my teeth break due to low bone density so im left with very few teeth and can barely eat... i really wish i could afford a new set of reliable teeth so im not in pain 24/7 from exposed nerves Not sure how i can afford it. the cost would be about 40k for a full upper and lower ser of snap in dentures, ive been trying to keep from getting the last 13 teeth i have pulled before i have some replacements cause i wont be able to bite through foods i dont want implants just a more natural feeling set of teeth (its well known regular dentures are painful and dont stay in well enough to function) and knowing i need to get the procedure done before my jaw bone degrades im frantically trying to get something done to help, i recentpy had card skimmers steal my food card online and use it in another state and when i reported it to the gov and tried to get my money back but they never sent me the new card ...i called for a replacement multiple times and they just kept telling me to wait but i never recieved any so ive been almost 3 months with very little, to no money at all only eating one meal a day I dont have credit so i cant make payments or take loans out idk how to build credit fast enough either. Ive been dealing with this for years but im so tired of struggling to exist

What about damage caused by runaway shopping carts? I assume the owner od peivate property opek to the public where an accessory of their business is the usage of shopping carts meant to be properly restrained in corrals would be at fault if they knew there were shopping carts in their parking lot and neglected to restrain such a potential moving obsticle would be at fault for neglecting their duty kf care to properly manage the carts their customers use.

My dad was drunk driving on my eleventh birthday. And he picked me up from my grandmas house to head home. I noticed strange behavior like him blaring music too loud even though I would turn it down cause it hurts my ears and he would just turn it right back up before I yelled at him and he stopped, and he did donuts on the side of the road. That scared me and the front of the car started to steam but he told me it was nothing to worry about. We didn’t get too much further until the car jerked to the right and we got the side rail and went into a super deep ditch. Once the cops showed up they said something I can’t ever forget. “Well this is a birthday that you will never forget” whilst laughing…. I’ve been doing research on ptsd for a while now and am going to talk to my therapist about it soon.

I got rear ended a while back and the insurance company (State Farm) of the guy who rear ended me said they were going pay for the damages to my truck as well as a rental car for the time while being fixed. I’ve always been a clean and safe driver and had never been in an accident before this one. I also had some alignment issues underneath and a messed up tire from this accident but insurance wouldn’t pay for it bc they couldn’t link it to the accident even tho I told them it did. So I had to spend about 2 grand getting that fixed. The VERY NEXT DAY I get a call from the insurance company and the body shop that’s fixing my truck saying they don’t think it can be fixed and that I should just declare it totaled and take a check for 13 grand from them. And my truck was a 2006 Tundra with 117,000 miles on it. But I just felt so blindsided from the insurance company. So the moral of that story is Never trust the insurance company

I got 50/50. Me and the other car were parked adjacent to each other in the parking spaces. My recording shows we both left at the same exact time. I drove slower because of pedestrians next to me. And other driver drove normal speed back. We both bumped each others bumpers. The police claimed I was at fault. However, video evidence helped me out showing we both were at fault. None of us tried to stop.
