It's funny, I just discovered this ep 1 week after I saw The Chameleons live in Montreal (what a show). I really "love Denim and Curls" and this version feels like a finished song with a complete structure and better sound mix/vocal unlike the version on the 'Tony Fletcher" mini album. The Chameleons are brilliant.

And the kids have Taylor. Such a shame.

Superb performance! One of my biggest regrets is not seeing Talking Heads when they toured with Adrian Belew. ('though I saw Belew with David Bowie, which was incredible!) p.s. Poor ol' Bernie Worrell...was the band too cheap to purchase a sequencer for that part! lol ;)

I used to love this when I was a nipper (in the 70's) but now its seems so self conscious and contrived.
