2018 Camry Rear Seat 60/40 Split
มุมมอง 57K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A key feature in cars today but Toyota makes it a lot easier to use in the 2018 Camry . Two simple pull tabs in the trunk and you're ready for the weekend haul.!
'18 Rav4 XLE AWD Walk Around
มุมมอง 507 ปีที่แล้ว
2018 Toyota Rav4 Walk around. In this video I go over some key features and changes from the previous year's model. This Rav4 is an amazing vehicle and is probably the best cross over between a car and full sizes SUV. Great gas mileage, great features and great looks. What else could you want?!
2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6 Tour
มุมมอง 1.2K7 ปีที่แล้ว
Hey All, my first youtube video upload EVER. So proud to be able to do it on the 2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6. As a Process Engineer in the Georgetown Kentucky plant this was the first vehicle I worked modifying equipment for and now I'm here showing the world just how amazing it is! Let me know what you think!
Is it same for 2018?
Thank you
I drove my 2019 Toyota Prius in Eco from Long Island to Pennsylvania and had no problem with highway driving and hills and got 58 mpg.
Personally, i think it's just considered an "emergancy" break
Very obvious Toyota never wanted anyone to use this van for anything other then hauling people, not loading it with boxes or whatever else. A complete removal of all the seats except the front 2 would provide amazing opportunities for anyone looking for hauling capabilities especially in winter climates having AWD..
Wonder if the 2023 sienna has the same option, that's real nice option
I searched how to REMOVE THE BACK SEATS.
How can i remove the rails/brackets?
My question has been answered
I would give this video 20 thumbs up if I could! First video out of hundreds showing how driver side middle row seats can be removed with jumper seat base attached. Yay! Can those trolly mechanism things fir the middle row be pushed as far forward as possible?
Good video, but IMHO Toyota screwed the pooch by putting those damned rails in. Makes the car unusable for carrying anything unless you put heavy moving blankets over them to protect them and your fingers. . I have a 2020 Sienna and it's a nightmare for hauling anything,
Thanks
We have 2 Sienna that we use for business (a lot of stuff inside and we tow a trailer). That stupid rail for the 2nd row seats is bad, it's the worst part of how these vehicles are put together, I think I will make a plywood "floor" to fit over it so I can put a box on it and not get it torn up.
Omari can you remove the Auto Access/Mobility seat in a 2013 Sienna, do you know?
There are three shortcomings with Toyota Sienna 1) Once you remove the second row seats, you can't remove the rails which by the way have a sharp tips. 2) It's a shame that you can't reverse the 2nd row seats 3) the 3rd row doesn't lean back flat to be used as bed like VW camper. My old 74 GM van used to turn flat so you could sleep there.
Chrysler Town & Country is much nicer with their mid row seats that fold into the floor. But it's a trade off the Chrysler will be in the shop more than it's being driven. Lol
You didn't show how to install the larger seat behind the drivers seat.
Awesome!!!😊
Awesome!!!👠🚌👠
But no way to easily remove those rails/brackets, right?
Hi, did you ever figure out if we can remove the rails/brackets?
I have a 2019 Sienna and you cannot remove those rails/brackets. (On my older model, we could always remove the seats, and we could lay things like sheet rock completely flat as there were no rails or brackets-but on these later models you cannot remove the rails.) Some years ago I rented a Pacifica, and those had a set up that left the floor completely flat. I believe the seats folded completely into the floor.

The loop is stuck in the top to remove it. Any ideas on how to pull it back out ?
Mine is stuck on the front side as well
Thank you so much I finally got it
Thank you. I fought with reinstalling for 20 minutes before I googled and found your video. Went right in.
What are the current prices of sienna 2017 LE and XLE LIMITED respectfully? Thanks.
Thank you for this video. Any idea on how much the weight is for the 2nd row seats?
Roughly 30 lbs
Maybe with both rear seats down a sleeping space maybe? My car trunk has items in it might have to downsize.
Excellent, very detailed very helpful. Thanks for the tutorial. 👍👍.
Excellent, 👍👍. Thanks.
How do u get it to follow the arrow on the map like that
How do you remove the middle chair socket or the base? Can you show a vedio please
Great job. I just removed the middle seat. Easy peeezy thanks to your video. Well done, sir. 👍
Thank you. Very informative, straight forward and easy to understand. 👏
After middle seats are removed, how do you remove the anchor rails???
You don't....you can't. It's not intended to be removed.
Thanks for info but have another question. Can the captain seats be installed turned around meaning it’s facing the rear trunk ?
Since Omari didn't answer you...I will. In my opinion, you won't be able to reverse the seat based on the track or base. The seat has got to snap back in a certain way. There's a line (as a guide) that you have to match the seat and the base in order for the seat to be secured into the track. I don't believe that it's designed to be installed reverse.
great video, thanks!
Just bought a 2021 yesterday and am figuring out how to completely remove the second and third row.
I don't believe that you can remove the 2nd row seat or at least that it's not designed or intended to be removed. However, it's not impossible as I've found a video on TH-cam on how to remove the 2nd row. th-cam.com/video/24cYWBiTUwY/w-d-xo.html
@@proudasiangirl576 I figured out how to do it. It was just a matter of finding the bolts.
Thank you sir, any idea what the Dynamic radar is for. I just got a 2018 and this is just what I was looking for.
Slick editing!
Three years later and this is still a very well done demonstration of the folding seats. Too bad the 2nd row floor rails do not come out. I want to use the Sienna for camping. The rails will hurt my back. I am looking at the plain LE model. Thanks.
I plan to use a cot and use under cot for storage. I want to be able to replace seats at some point. On you tube I’ve seen a lot of configurations. Some very simple; some more permanent and elaborate.
@@lorihamlin3604 Hi, I agree. The bed in this video might be what you are looking for. I am convinced: th-cam.com/video/tvLEKObSRZY/w-d-xo.html
@@H.pylori yes, that’s more like what I’m planning. I’m 70 and 5’2” so I don’t need to take up entire space with a bed and want something I can set up by myself, with the exception of taking out seats.
The caravan with its StownGo is the only feature that beats toyota sienna
I rented a Caravan. Yes Stow and Go is convenient but for the long hall however IMO it is not a comfortable seat. There are trade offs with S & G.
Is 2018 first year Toyota did this rear seat folding feature on Camry?
Thanks for this! Exactly what I was looking for
How do you remove the brackets that are still in the tracks?
I’m working on figuring this out as well I just bought a 2021 yesterday and need to take all the seats OUT.
@@kristi.kervin Is that the hybrid? I have my sights on a 2021 also, for that reason.
@@clayz1 yes! It is AMAZING!
@@clayz1 all of 2021 are hybrids. Drives very smooth! The second row is not removable though 😔
I like the stow-and-go from the Pacifica better, much easier than removing the seats. BTW why do 90% of black guys pronounce everything properly except for the two words "ask" and "button", its usually "ax" and "buh-n".
Lol🎉
The middle seats aren't heavy? I guess that is a relative term. I've removed mine and they are very heavy, but so are the standard seats too. You must be a Superman to say they are not heavy. ALSO I do agree with the man. I just bought a 2014 Limited. New $41K, 6 years old $21K. IT IS AN AWESOME VAN. Even in 2014 you can get one that has the anti collision radar system. It even turns on and adjust the wipers depending on how hard it's raining. Blessings John 20:29
I just bought a 2020 Limited Premium. I hate the new redesign with the 2021 model.
What a shitty design! In my 2005 Sienna you could remove the middle seat completely with nothing left behind. Now you have that stupid seat "trolley" sticking up. What dumb fuck came up with this design?
Excellent review Sir!!! Thank you 😊
Thanks for sharing! Going to do this now.
