    Hey sorry if this is insensitive but how fast were you going when you broke your leg? As an EUC rider myself… I wonder if I should also get some armor. Usually I just have a small helmet on x.x Also - amazing work with the builds!!

      Prob 30mph, and the car was going about the same. it pinched my leg between the EUC and bumper of the car.

    I’d rather listen to someone who has one successful business sold and failed multiple businesses and learned from it than no business experience or only one small business that works but doesn’t scale and has not had to solve concerns.

    In the beginning certain things make sense for commercial off the shelf while others are designed to make them better. Example 50s batteries and whichever tried and true motor could be cots and other pieces software with better designs improve safety performance and offset total costs. There’s a reason the original Tesla retrofitted a combustion engine car. If your not talking about software and interface as a major portion your missing a key piece. A smooth intuitive device with underpowered components will outsell the most cutting edge device that doesn’t work. It’s a paper weight. Looking forward to hearing more!

      Depends if your skin is wet enough and where the conduction path is... I've surely touched 100v 100s of amps without issue, can't even feel it most of the time.... Not saying to try this at home, just that DC 100v doesn't conduct like AC on skin contact.

    Amperage is what kills you. You can take high voltages if the amperage is low and youll be fine. High amperage will kill you even with a lower voltage

    The restriction will be read in the technical data of the engine used. As long as a EUC is a balancing device, it needs extra power to overcome the uneven balance and correct it in an instant, there is no way out of that, but will the regulator with his demand for safety for other road users allow that? It is mostly up to us, not overspeeding in rural areas.

    • @WhoGenePro
      @WhoGenePro 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      As I said, 6000lb car vs 60lb EUC, one makes sense to regulate the other does not due to damage potential.

      @@WhoGenePro , other road users does not only imply cars, but also bicyclists and pedestrians, and although it might sound silly, in Belgium there is no restriction on where you ride, but always the max. of 25 km/h.(15.5 mI/h) if traffic allows. For the US that would be bad..not perticulairly IN the city, but OUT of it..

    I actually stood on a euc for 10 seconds in 2014. But never got the chance to learn it. It was also too expensive. In one way it's too bad. But on the other hand I can't imagine how it must in that time when there were no really powerful eucs and no suspension. I got bored of my V8f in 8 months. It's like enjoying a tv series and having to wait a long time for every episode. Now we can binge euc's and go from a starter wheel to a performance wheel in a short time.

    • @WhoGenePro
      @WhoGenePro 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's coming, my heart is in EUC for sure! The dev in onewheel is highly applicable to my intentions with custom EUC builds. The thing is onewheel communities are 10x more supportive to innovators than EUC, as the EUC manufacturers are somewhat competitive leaving limited desire for "better" EUC. I get better feedback and sales in onewheel upgrade parts, and that is funding dev of the 32s bms and other key tech which a better EUC will need. I'll have to bring something really advanced to market to compete in the EUC scene the way it's progressing, so my intentions are to spend the next year dev the prototype and the following year bringing it to market, based on the market trends, I can guess what the other manufactures will be working on by then, and have something that will compete when it launches. It will need to be more than speed/power gains, real innovation is what it would take to capture market share.
