29:03 also, this is Kathryn Beaumont, the original voice of Alice in the 1951 movie reprising her role over five decades later. She was only 10, maybe 11 at the time when she first played Alice. Mrs. Beaumont also played Wendy in the 1953 Peter Pan movie when she was 13, and she also reprises that role for this game. (She also plays Kairi's grandmother, but not in this game) One thing that's kind of lost to history is just how big a deal it was to have these characters premiere in new material again. Not to mention that for a lot of the Final Fantasy cast in this game, it was the first time any of them got actually voiced lines. The first Kingdom Hearts game is one of the most special in the franchise for those reasons. c:

To explain how sora returned from being a heartless. He has a connection with Kairi who is a princess of heart, so sora used his will to hold onto who he is and Kairi used her powers combined with their connection to restore sora.

Yay, you did it! It's been so nice to watch your whole journey. You and Sora have both come so far. I was always happy to see a new part in my feed, this whole adventure has been so fun! I see that you also made a video about the Ansem reports! I'll have to watch that next. As for what KH game to play next (when you want to play another), I'll warn you that there is a game that takes place in between KH1 and KH2. It's called Chain of Memories, and several things in KH2 won't make sense if you don't play it or at least watch the cutscenes. The gameplay of CoM is rather divisive among KH fans, as it involves a card-based battle system and most worlds are the same as the ones from KH1 (because CoM was originally made for the GBA, so I guess they wanted to put the KH1 experience on a handheld, but the remade version can feel like a rehash in terms of Disney worlds). I recommend doing a bit of research on the gameplay before deciding your course of action. But that's all for when you feel like picking up the series again. For now, I'm excited for whatever game you decide to play next. Congrats on finishing a fantastic LP!

Haha nice, it took me a couple months, I struggled through the game on standard with the mistake of choosing dream sword so the early game was a struggle not having some abilities, the bosses I struggled on were: trick master, Clayton, Ursula and the biggest one of all, Ansem 2 and 3 (the disorted beach fight and the boat one) I was stuck on the boat for ages, even giving up for a month because the lasers would just get me, so I decided to grind all the puppies to get max tier aero and that finally did the trick 😂

I'm a bit late to this one; I had the misfortune of getting sick right before the holidays, and I haven't felt up to much commenting these past few days. I see that someone has already explained Sephiroth's Invisible Health Bar of Epic Evil Darkness, so that's good. I'm glad they switched to numbered health bars in all the following games! Also, congrats on beating Sephiroth! You didn't even have to cheese him with Sonic Blade, which is honestly impressive. Looking forward to the finale!

Sephiroth has 1 extra invisible health bar on top of the purple one you see, it helps that you are over levelled

Ah yes, that relatable experience: going out on a nice nighttime walk in London and then looking up at Big Ben and seeing two kids and a duck fighting (what I can only assume to be) the personification of the inevitability of growing up/getting old/dying. Good job beating the boss, I know it's a tricky one

The multitasking of this boss is the most difficult, using various different spells and then having to stop the clock in the time span of a minute or one if your party members will die I just hate this one!!

Hehe, loved the "Land Down Under" bit with Hades. That song is a banger. I'm a little confused by the description ("2 to go"), though -- I thought you had three secret bosses left: the other Coliseum match, the one by the clock in Neverland, and the one in that area in Hollow Bastion where you fought Maleficent's dragon form. (I referred to the bosses by their locations to avoid spoilers, although I know you've already beaten the game at this point and so spoilers don't really matter, but better safe than sorry.) Anyway, great video as always!

Blast's wife might be Void's sister. At the beginning of the chapter Void talks about Blast bringing danger to those around him and not being able to protect anyone. So maybe Blast's wife died or she's in a very bad state and Void blames Blast for it

Great video (as always lol)! From the editing, I assume that as of now, you've already beaten the game and are just getting the videos out. I'm excited to see your fight with a certain bonus boss, as well as all the endgame stuff.

That fools bit with the jester hats was great! Disney villains tend to call people fools a lot (kinda lame if you ask me), so now whenever they do it, I'm going to imagine the object of their ire in a jester costume. As for the six other princesses' hearts, this isn't really clarified in-game, but they weren't coming out of Sora -- they were contained in Ansem's Evil Dark Keyblade of Supreme Darkness, which was destroyed when Sora stabbed himself with it, thus releasing the hearts. Well, looks like you're approaching the end of the game! Are you planning on fighting any of the secret bosses?

Oh my god, that colosseum part at the beginning was amazing. The part where Sora hit Hercules with a chair cracked me up! Also, brace yourself. Things are about to get crazy!

Winnie the Pooh is honestly one of my favorite books. It's just so silly and wholesome, and it never fails to cheer me up. For my eighteenth birthday, my parents took me to Disneyland and gave me a gift card so I could buy stuff, and the best thing I bought was this big Eeyore weighted plushie. Eeyore is just so relatable. As for Disneyland itself, it was rainy and the rides kept breaking down (in fact, the Cars ride broke down while we were on it, and we had to be escorted off, but at least they gave us some Lightning Lane passes for our trouble), but I still had fun. Anyway, the editing was great, as usual. Ah yes, Pooh's best friend -- SEPHIROTH

Loved the London bit. I was actually in London about two months ago. It was so cool! Also, I think Donald was laughing at Tinker Bell being jealous, not the goodbye scene, but he's still a [CHEEKY WORD]. Anyway, the bit where Sora flies toward your face was great lol. And as for the lore...brace yourself. It just gets more complicated and mumbo-jumbo-y from here on out.

Again, love the editing! And yeah, a lot of players forget about the "you have to cast magic on the cauldron" thing. The Neverland intro with the "Enter Sandman" riff killed me lol. Fun fact: on at least three separate occasions, I've dreamed about Peter Pan trying to murder me because he was mad at me for growing up (I only started having these dreams after I turned 18). The method was different each time: first he tried to drown me, then he tried to blow me up with TNT, and then he chased me with a knife
