He isn't a bad defender IMO he has great strength for his size his lateral movement is good just his biggest issue is height so players will always be able to shoot over him but I'd take him defensively over Kemba honestly and with Kemba out at least a month to start the season don't be surprised if this dude is starting over Teague before Kemba gets healthy. Oregon ran alot of pick and roll in college which Stevens loves to run pick and rollu

@@curtisburdick2849 if Prichard out plays Teague by Feb than either Prichard is the next Tyler Herro or Teague is hurt. Teague is still a 15/5/5 guy in this league.

Payton is better than Young and certainly a better shooter, but he's stuck behind a bunch of ball hogs in Boston and hasn't gotten the opportunity.

And the Celtics are a team full of ballhogs. They never passed the ball last season and did nothing but let Tatum and Brown chuck up fadeaways 75 percent of the time, hence why the franchise massively underperformed...

Thats awesome. How would u suggest someone over 18 develop the ability to palm the ball? I can almost palm an evo cuz of how soft it is

@@northpolegs6201 you gotta improve your grip strength in your hands. Don’t even worry about forearm strength it’s mostly in the fingers. I would suggest finding some heavy rocks that you can barely hold on to with one hand, and see how far you can walk with them, doing multiple sets a day. The reason I say a rock and not a dumbbell is because you need to grab something that isn’t meant to be gripped because that will activate all the tiny muscles that you need to strengthen. You can also practice palming cantaloupes because they’re heavy and a good simulation for a ball, but you’ll probably end up dropping them and making a mess lol. Also do some dribbling work because you want to form the right muscles for palming a basketball specifically. But above all else you need to have a ball in your hands for as many hours of the day as you can, gripping it almost trying to squeeze the air out with your fingers. If you can almost palm a ball now and haven’t worked out your hands at all, you should definitely be able to palm it after a few months of solid work. But yeah hand grip strength is the area you need to focus on. I’m sure there’s experts out there who have better methods for improving that, I’m just telling you the best stuff that I can think of and I’m by no means an expert.
