मैंने अभी 2 महीने पहले ही वही मशीन खरीदी थी। इसकी घूमने की गति बहुत कम है, सफाई की क्षमता से संतुष्ट नहीं हूं, मेरे पास जो पुराना मॉडल था वह वाकई बहुत अच्छा था। सैमसंग को पुराने मॉडल प्रोग्राम पर वापस जाना चाहिए। मैटिक डिटर्जेंट और जेंटिल का भी प्रयास किया - अच्छी धुलाई के लिए अधिक डिटर्जेंट की आवश्यकता होती है। लिंट फिल्टर इतना खराब है, वस्तुतः कुछ भी नहीं पकड़ता है। जल स्तर सेंसर भी खराब है. कोशिश करें कि पानी का स्तर 6 रखें और एक बार पानी भर जाने पर ढक्कन खोलें और पानी का स्तर 5 पर रीसेट कर दें, आप देखेंगे कि नल खुल जाता है और पानी फिर से अंदर आ जाता है - क्यों? ऐसा न हो कि। मुझे अपना पुराना सैमसंग मॉडल याद आ रहा है। i just bought the same machine 2 months back. It's rotation speed is too less, not satisfied with cleaning ability, the old model I had was really great. Samsung should go back to the old model programme. Tried matic detergents & Genteel as well - more detergent is required for a decent wash.The lint filter is so bad, literally catches nothing. The water level sensor is also faulty. try Keep water level in 6 and once water filled open the lid and reset the water level to 5, you will see that the tap opens and water again gets in - why ?. This should not happen. i am missing my old samsung model.
