    It'd be really cool if you didn't switch angles as it affects your sound A LOT. Secondly this video has no depth. It would be 1000 times better if you actually did some background research before titling the video as you did. I was actually expecting more on the existing laws but that was just a one second flash. Which kinda makes the title feel like a clickbait.

      Sorry. Will explain in detail next time. Due to exam stress (I recorded this during break of 3 days after an exam) I was unable to deliver clearly. great vid anjali! i just didn't agree with all the points u said, so i mentioned them here. keep expressing ur opinions, healthy expressions of opinions without bad language is always good for democracy! all the best! i would also like u to make a vid on SIFF and certain MRAs who instead of giving justice to men who are victims, push hate towards women and feminism, bcs we in the society don't usually talk about this like we are so ready to add *toxic* adjective to feminism. i feel SIFF don't help victims like Atul ( he used to follow them), instead push them even in a worse mental health, to s*cide in order to push a agenda.

    i don't like that way u casually said that laws are favouring women more. I MEAN that's how it should WORKK?? women got exploited for so many years! that's why the laws are made so. BIOLOGICALLY, women are not strong like men, that's why women are innocent until proven guilty. also girl, our country has failed to provide top notch security to our mothers and sisters, like other developed countries. if we make gender neutral laws, the women will get exploited even more. we also don't consider marital r@ pe as r @pe ,bcz it is *TOO HARSH* acc to some ppls!

    The case of Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old techie from Bengaluru, has garnered significant attention following his tragic death by suicide on December 9, 2024. In a detailed 24-page suicide note and an accompanying 80-minute video, Atul accused his estranged wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family of harassment and extortion, alleging they demanded substantial sums of money to settle legal disputes and grant him visitation rights to their son. In response to these allegations, Bengaluru police arrested Nikita, along with her mother Nisha and brother Anurag, on charges of abetment to suicide. Nikita was apprehended in Gurugram, Haryana, while her mother and brother were detained in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The trio was transported to Bengaluru, where they were remanded in judicial custody for 14 days. During police interrogation, Nikita denied the allegations, asserting that she had been living separately from Atul for nearly three years and had not harassed him for money. She contended that if she had been seeking financial gain, she would not have chosen to live apart. The case has also brought to light previous legal disputes between the couple. In 2022, Nikita filed a police complaint against Atul, accusing him of harassment and assault related to dowry demands. Conversely, Atul's suicide note alleged that Nikita and her family demanded ₹3 crore to withdraw legal cases against him and ₹30 lakh for visitation rights to see their son. In the aftermath of Atul's death, his family has expressed a desire to gain custody of his four-year-old son, whom they view as an embodiment of Atul. They have voiced concerns about the child's current whereabouts and well-being. Additionally, the Allahabad High Court granted anticipatory bail to Nikita's uncle, Sushil Singhania, who was also named in Atul's suicide note. The court's decision allows him to avoid arrest while the investigation continues. This case has sparked public debate about the misuse of dowry laws and the legal protections available for men facing similar allegations. Atul's detailed accounts of his experiences have prompted discussions on the need for legal reforms to address potential abuses of existing laws. As the investigation proceeds, authorities are expected to file a chargesheet if the allegations made by Atul are substantiated. The case continues to unfold, with legal proceedings and public discourse shedding light on the complexities of marital disputes and the legal frameworks designed to address them. For a deeper analysis of the harassment claims in the Atul Subhash case, you may find the following discussion insightful: This video is an awareness on how womens rights are misused and mens rights are needed. I will upload a detailed episode on this by 5th Jan (I have semester exams so).

    Answer these questions for yourself - 1. How much real work experience do you have, that gives you a first-hand insight in this problem? Or is this merely based on youtube shorts and other influencer statements? 2. How much unique abilities do you really bring to any job, that can make your work beneficial to your employer? Or are you just like the other lakhs of Gen-Z employees who are all struggling to get out of their college mindset and are treading water until they can either fulfill their dream of higher education or realize that they do not have the potential to achieve their dreams? 3. The world knows Narayana Murthy, Elon Musk, Steve Jobs and many others like them. They have built companies worth billions, through so much hard work that 99.9% of people cannot even comprehend, let alone commit to achieve. And they came from nothing themselves, they built it with their own hands. Do you wish to be known to the world, or simply retire after 35-40 years of mediocre work and perceived happiness, but whom no one shall remember, not even most of them you would have worked with. and that is, if you have not decided to become a youtube person yourself with only getting likes as the main goal. or worse, an 'investigative youtube journalist' - yep, there are people who call themselves that, and think that its a job too ! Experience the real world for yourself. Then form your own goals if you have the courage and the drive to achieve them. Then decide how much you need to work to achieve your goals. Good Luck to you...

    I had to watch this twice to understand what you're saying, and I don't refer to the accent. First of all, LGBT isn't a cult. It has nothing to do with spirituality whatsoever, and there are plenty of LGBT Christians, Jews, and Muslims, along with every other faith. We exist in every group and culture, we always have throughout history, and we always will. Because we are born this way, by His hand and will. Secondly, having empathy for people who are different from you and believe differently from you isn't toxic. Rejecting actual facts instead of embracing that one's faith can persist even when the facts condradict what we had previously been taught is toxic. It makes you blind to the fact that the current leaders of the political right have lost all sense of conservative values in an effort to push hate and fear on otherwise good people and drive them to do things they would never otherwise do. These are the tools of the Devil. Reject bigotry and hate wherever you find it, and embrace true love, understanding, and compassion.

    • @anjalisartistry870
      @anjalisartistry870 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I never said we have to be not empathetic with those who disagree with us. Disagreeing with some things is ok. I agree lgbtq is a grey area. I am against the woke cult which encourages mutilation of children. And yes,in our faith; homosexuality and transgenderism are wrong to practice as they are medically wrong (irreversible body damage by sex change surgeries). So I respect them but not approve the practice to be right. As a christian I can agree sometimes us go too extreme. And I agree not all has to be linked with spirituality .

      @@anjalisartistry870 We can agree to disagree about sex change operations, but that's never done on children anyway. There are several levels of transitioning, and fewer people elect to take each step. For some, social transitioning is enough, just taking a new name, dressing and acting like their gender identity, and being known as such in their social circles. Then, there is hormone replacement therapy. This includes things like puberty blockers among trans kids. For kids, you only give blockers until they're really sure they're trans, which takes years. Then, you use hormones to induce the kind of puberty that aligns with their gender identity. In adults, you just go directly to blockers plus replacement because you'll never quite get the kinds of features only puberty can induce anyway. Only then do we get to anything surgical, and most of the time, it's strictly cosmetic, such as shaping the jaw, breast enhancement or reduction, that kind of thing. Most trans folks never take this step. Only at the end do we get to full gender reconstruction surgery. This is by far the smallest population within the trans community. And even then, only about 1% of patients have post-surgical regret of any kind. That's less than heart surgery that is vital to stay alive. So yeah, please understand that nobody is "coming for your kids," like certain politicians claim. Nobody is forcing surgery on anyone, especially not children. And those few individuals that eventually do get surgery as an adult almost always live happier, healthier lives because of it.

      OK. But some therapists encourage that. And transitioning to another gender is wrong and bs. Also I respect your choice.
