I think you need to show the rooms from afar as in maybe stand at the door or corners dont zome in on a sink or microwave 😂 stand at the beginning on of the corridor and tell which door is which and so on

Lovely video but your description says it has a separate study. I don’t think the Moncrieff has a separate study in addition to the 5 bedrooms. I’m in a Melville and picked that house style over the Moncrieff as it does have a study.

When you say integrated garage, where is the door to the garage?
Integrated to the house as opposed to a detached garage, the door is the one you see at front of the house they don’t have an internal door on this one. Hope this helps

Door frames MDF. The hinges will fail. You will not be able to hang anything substantial on the walls as they are the cheapest plasterboard on the market. Doors are hollow MDF. Awful builds
The so called people commenting must have no idea of what they are looking at terrible building company
Taylor wimpeys new builds are the worst on the market by far. It may look good on the surface, underneath the build quality is so sub par. Im currently in the process of bringing to light the sheer poor workmanship by the or the contractors they use.. Half a mill house do NOT BUY. Stay away from them at all costs.
