Adjuster must be for Allstate. Insurance is always on some BS. I’ve had horrible experiences with Allstate and Nationwide where both companies either denied repairing, replacing, or doing anything.

You actually can see damage with your bare eye on metal. Especially if it's as large as your claiming. Always chalk it but you should see it pretty good with your eyes.
