Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko by UTMB 2024 - UTK100. First 100k in crazy conditions!
The stars finally aligned for a shot at a 100k event. It's been a long road through injury challenges and heavy training. If you are interesting in taking on UTK100, I would strongly encourage it. :-) Bring a strong mindset, a great crew and a big smile.

We stayed in Jindabyne again, which is always a great spot to be. Thredbo Village as the base for the start/finish of most races was a great choice! Awesome vibe! #thredbo #Jindabyne

After an ultrasound I found I have a tear in my plantar fascia. Very painful and frustrating. Hope you’re getting on top of it.
That would be super frustrating for sure! Managed to get well on top of mine and recently ran a 100k race. ☺️ Have patience and do the right things and you will conquer it! 👍👍☺️☺️
