Practice a beat and if you can play the beat perfectly 10x in a row you‘re good to go. Then do that with every beat you wanna play and watch the drummers you look up to very closely. Look exactly what i am doing for example in this video. Slow it down and zoom on the hand and foot movements. Hope that helped you!

The biggest thing you can do for yourself is learn how to count. Doesn't matter what instrument you play. Once you learn to do that, learn how to feel your increments, it doesn't make a lot of sense in the beginning, but once you can discern how 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 and even 9 notes sound in a measure, youve got it. With drums limb independence is key so always practice with your hands and feet and try to keep different intervals of the same beat. Example: your hi hat hand is doing 4 beats in a straight 4 count, your snare hand is doing 4 beats but you change it up to eighth notes and play few in between that 4 count, counted as 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and, use the ands to find your back beat space once you get the feel for it. Kick foot is simple it should normally fall on your 1 and your 3, or 2 and 4 if you feel that way. Once youve learned to feel those eighth notes, you'll start to hear the spaces where you can add in little blemishes with everything. Drumming takes commitment, but anyone can do it. Just practice and if you feel frustrated, use it. If you feel mad, stop playing for a little while and come back to it, some techniques are hard for your equilibrium to process sometimes, but if you take your time and ease into it, you'll never forget the motions.
