hey, how to connect between the 1st floor and the 2nd floor of the building? Do I have to scan the stairs so that the 1st floor and 2nd floor can be connected? and one more thing, did you scan the lifts and escalators?

I am having an issue with the drive gear/motor on my camera. Has anyone had this issue? And also having no luck dealing with Matterport support. They want me to send in this camera and wait up to three weeks or they will send me a refurbished camera. I have been waiting over 48 hours to receive shipping instructions.

No entanto, ninguém explica as questões de manutenção das contas e hospedagens em nuvem dos tours na plataforma Matterport. Nem explicam como suportar o altíssimo custo do programa que inviabiliza a sua aquisição. Temos equipamentos e assinatura da Matterport. No entanto, achamos o suporte Matterport de péssima qualidade. Temos infinitas dúvidas quanto a manutenção e custo da assinatura. Mantemos uma câmara Matterport Pro 1, e uma conta de assinatura que custa mais de 600€ por ano. PERGUNTO: 1) Como faço para armazenar os meus tour virtual 3d sem ser nesta assinatura absurdamente cara, já que não temos necessidade de armazenar 25 tours ativos? 2) tem como o cliente (dono do tour virtual) hospedar diretamente junto a Matterport sem ficarmos obrigados a ficarmos presos ad eternum com um contrato coma Matterport. Ex: Um museu contrata o serviço, e passará 20 anos com o tour virtual em seu site. Nós resolvemos por alguma razão, não mais trabalharmos com tours virtuais. Como ficará o museu? Teremos que ficar presos, amarrado ao museu e a Matterport para sempre? 3) O armazenamento do tour virtual 3d na Matterport custa muito caro para o cliente manter a curto e longo prazo. Qual a alternativa que eles têm? Agradeço que puder nos ajudar.

How about misalignment issues, scans being thrown in different rooms, scans slowing up using android ? - the list is endless
