In all honesty wales have shown little overall progression . The team chemistry still isn’t there , can’t put 2 halves of good rugby together , a very young side lacking consistency and sometimes skill and decision making . Tactical kicking poor and mentality is weak . I can only see Fiji as a possible win , Aussies should win and Sa will be a blowout by 40-50 pts . all we can hope for is to compete and scrape a moral boosting win at some point . The regions are so far behind in money and general investment , recruitment is constant as the depth in the squads is shallow . Having said that there are some bright new players coming through . Doubt they’ll get their chance , if they do I hope they prove themselves as there are opportunities now .

When Gav played for the Whites early on, I remember him practising kicking before a game, ball placed by corner flag and bending it through posts. Not once either. Outrageous talent, people forget he was world young player of the year, competition from southern hemisphere blitzed. A good coach needed for his career, a consistent position and incentives to keep him motivated.

Not going to lie. None !. Jac Morgan if he's fit and firing like before he picked up injuries . Tommy Reffell maybe depending on form. Can't put a case in for anyone else. Not one Welsh player would get in the Test side . Just shows how far Welsh rugby has fallen lately.

I think Cardiff, Dragons and Scarlets have stronger squads and coaching staff going into next season. It will be interesting to see if anyone can catch the ospreys who I think will get better and have recruited quite well too

Wow its dire to say but i dont think we will win a game this autumn or six nations. I can also see very similar results for the regions this year compared to last year. Scarlets say theyve bolstered upfront and okay an extra second row and two tight heads but they only have two senior loose heads Mathias and Hepburn neither known for scrummaging. Dragons similar story havent got the front five. Cardiff maybe do a little better with Sheedy coming off the bench I love how Tinus De Beer plays but maybe a territory 10 vs a play maker especially off the bench means Cardiff sneak a few more games. Ospreys will have a hell of a pack this year but that backline has to find some creativity from somewhere especially in mid field as Watkin and K Williams just go route one. For Wales the Wales squad the return of a Will Rowlands, Jac Morgan, Tommos Williams, Gareth Anscombe, Josh Adams might make a difference but with Howlers running the attack I cant see any shape at all. Lions Tour think you are right Lake, Morgan and T Williams make the touring squad and may make a test bench. Outside bets Daf and Grady just because he can quite a few positions and hes a hell of an athlete.

Hi Christian, good to see ya!, After the summer tour I know we lost to Australia but it wasn't a thrashing a difference of 10 points in both games, so the Autumn internationals does give me a bit of hope and if it goes well might feel the same in the 6N next year. I think we do have go captains in Dewi Lake and Jac Morgan as long as it's one them I'm happy or change them game to game, just my thought. It's just a tough time for Welsh team and the regions I think the Ospreys will be top of the four regions and I like the Scarlets saying that I do the other three as well. Catch you soon take care

Loved Andy at Sale. Got to meet him once and he was such a gem with all the fans. I genuinely thought that when he went to Wigan it would’ve suited him being a big hitter and big carrier but it’s a big what if for him if he’d gone to league closer to his prime.

Hi Christian, hope your well, I liked Andy Powell he was like a battering ram he just run at his opponent a bit like Jamie Roberts. Andy just live life to the full and more, he always done some thing daft but whats not to like he is a character and I like him for it. so is he a myth or a legend, Andy to me is both, the man the myth the legend. I do like watching Jim Hamilton on the Big Jim Show. That Scotland game in 2010 this is my 2nd favourite game, and what a game, big injuries to Chris Patterson and Max Evans and a sad end to Max's career. What a recovery in the last 6 mins of the game from 10 points down to winning the game. Great story on Andy Powell, I know he was know for driving the golf buggy on the motorway but for me Andy was good rugby player and a good all rounder. I've always despised the name Anglo-Welsh cup, as the English term is an endonym, while the term Welsh is an exonym. It falsely represents who one of the parties involved truly are. It should be either Anglo-British or English-Cymry.
