I literally have the same hair like you and i used to just brush out my hair an it turns out to be frizzy, but from last month i am doing the curly/wavy hair routine and gurl trust me the end result was so good, only the ends of my hair were a little bit frizzy and I think after using a good serum it would be less frizzy.

Honestly, I believe all beauty counter workers have a certain air about them. They actually think that people who show up are there for faffing around which is literally the opposite when it comes to makeup enthusiast like us! I wish there were better people on the counter whatever brand it might be, I’ve had similar incident with different brand counters.

You did right, see im not that person but we all have to agree to that, the lady works on in a platform that offers customer guidance service which also comes with certain dos and donts. While smiling isnt always possible and we all are humans and can have a bad day, but she's the one who approached you and behaved rude. Since she gets paid for guiding you, she needn't smile and be absolute sweetheart but the least she can do is to behave polite or just not approach the customer and throw a temper tantrum
