I've been watching the Land to Home channel on TH-cam and decided to try building a ram pump. It has a way to go, but it's looking promising.

It's my first day on the portable backhoe and I'm trying to clean out the creek a bit. This is a bit painful to watch, but by the end of the day I was improving. A bit.
Mobile Home Renovation-we replaced Poly-B with Pex

much of our subfloor is bad and we also needed to update the plumbing. We removed sections of subfloor and fished 3/4" pex tubing through the entirety of the mobile home for our main line. Next, we'll run 1/2" from the 3/4 in order to reach the places we need running water.

this took a couple hours to assemble and I'll be uploading the assembly video after it's edited. This backhoe was $500 off during part of the month of May for "Inside Track Club Members". I think this is a great machine for someone to learn on and the diy guy to play with. If you can run this you can probably learn how to run a case 3 stick pretty easy too.
Put a bigger pump on it and triple the speed that it'll move.
Been seeing that around TH-cam lately and I think it’s a good idea , makes it a little quicker too! 👍💯
That's what I was thinking as I was watching also. Good little machine. Just needs a pump upgrade.
Had mine for about 5 years now, bought it 'well used' from the original owner. I own other equipment, but this is my favorite one..
I bought one about 10 years ago. It takes some time getting use to it. Keep practicing, it will get easier I promise. New friend here. Thanks for sharing and have fun working with that thing. If you have any issues with it. Get ahold of me through email. My address is on my about page.

It takes time to get use to digging.
You could dig that creek out wider and have a nice little pond. Don't worry about "slow", I always tell people it's faster than a shovel. LOL :-)
