there are 9 cal per gram of fat and 4 cal per gram of protein and carbs. Thatâs how you understand calories in grams from a nutrition. These are just a high fat source for protein. You certainly could keep your calories in, but youâre not getting as much protein as you think you would be Frankie.

Difficult thing about the holiday: Peer Pressure to eat all the 'traditional' things my family has grown to know and love during the holidays is a hard one to keep in check. Added element being not being the one to cook some of them so you don't know what ingredients are inside the dishes.
