Is there a way for the IVMS or DVR to export video footage of multiple events as one file instead of separate files? If there is no way to get one file, then what’s the best way to play back all of them together as one?

I can download, but there is no audio in the video. I believe the audio is recorded because I can hear the sound when open playback from hikvision mobile application. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Josh good videos, a question you. Any idea why my hikvision dvd NVR unit has stopped re recording overwrite after dvd hard drive is full?,I get beeping and it's says hard drive full,so I have to ini hard drive to wipe drive then shutdown and all is good until next time hard drive is full.

I am having an issue with a Hikvision DVR that has more than 16 Analog channels (32 total) and the camera I am trying to export seems to be A18, but the export screen only goes up to 16. And when I go into Playback and view the camera, I click on the clipping icon to manually select a time frame on the timeline, but then it pops up with a message saying "No permission". But when I try the clipping function on A16, it works perfectly fine. Is there any solution to this?

Why, even in your example when you chose 17:00-18:00 did the DVR export 16:35-18:17 ..mine does the same thing..if I only want a 5 min clip...I keep getting 45 min instead??

When I download footage to a USB they are in about 20 second clips, even though I might of wanted an hour of footage, its a pain trying to combine all those small clips, am I doing something wrong - please help

Sorry, this is old video. I see nothing that resembles my Hikvision Version 4.0. My interface is white while yours is black and entirely different set up, different windows, fields, etc. I am learning nothing here. Hikvision is total shit anyway.

When I am connecting a 1TB Seagate Backup plus to hikvision DVR and trying to format it the massage showing is "current external storage device does not exist or damage.Please check and refresh the list". The external hard drive is not detected by the DVR. But I can able to transfer data to a pen drive. So kindly help me to fix the problem why external hard drive is not detected by DVR to export data.

Does it have a function of autoplay next clip from the right collum? Is that I have my cameras outside, and in 24 hours, I got lots (between 100 and 500) of 5-10 seconds footage, only from one camera. And there is no autoplay, I have to click every one of them to see what's next... that's crazy.

For some reason when I choose the time parameters, for example 30 minutes of footage for 1 single camera, I get about 20 smaller clips of the footage instead of 1 30-minute clip. Can I change this in the settings to fix this? I'd appreciate your help.

Please help. I’ve got a HIK Dvr and can’t watch footage on memory stick. Tried on my Apple desk top but it’s 17year old cant download images an excuse I was given by a Curry’s employee. Bought a chrome book but again does not download then bought an Apple air Mac but still can’t download images on my usb stick. Anyone has ideas.

No, i didnt! I usw Internet Explorer 11 and use the Web Interface! The mi log in as Admin. So it works!
