I don't quite understand what you mean by calibrated. I did not add any ballast. I placed the 2200 4S battery to get the CG per manual. I find the CG to be spot on for my style of flying.

It's about 4-5kg with 4 blade 18x10 if I remember correctly. Powered by 6S 5800mAh.

You just have to use a free channel on the radio and connect the servos to that channel. Then you assign a switch to that chanel on the transmitter. Same principle as electric retracts. This is an old model that is not available to purchase. Landing gear is indeed weak and if you don't have a nice short lawn or tarmac it will flip on landing.

Hi, I used 100ml tank for this plane. It is enough for 8 to 10 minutes of flying with OS LA15 engine.

Those hunters towers are a thing of the past I think. I've never seen anyone using it and we do have a lot of them scatered arround.

Hi, yes that is an FMS P-47 1700mm owned by my flying buddy. He did a splendid yob of converting it to razorback Snafu version. There is a video on my channel where both planes can be seen, just look under warbirds playlist. Regarding FW190 (FMS 1400mm vs HK 1600mm): - they both need better retracts - FMS is smaller, easier to transport and uses 4S batteries. Spare parts are easy to get from some online rc stores, the manufacturer and aliexpress. - HK 1600mm is bigger and bigger means more stable in the air. Forget about getting spare parts (prop, spinner, etc,..). It runs on 6S batteries which are more expensive. I replaced the wheels with the ones from the FMS FW190 since the provided ones are just wrong for this model. if you want a quick build and basicaly no fuss then go with the FMS 1400mm, if you like to modify your plane and wait for upgrade parts then by all means go with the HK 1600mm. I am not saying that HK1600mm can't fly "out of the box" but some people (including me) had issues with stock retracts from the begining and there is no easy drop-in replacement. In both cases you must use some 3D printed or aluminum spinner backplate to prevent what happened in this video :). In my oppinion FW190 is the easiest warbird to fly, takeoff and land. I hope I helped you in your decision :).

Hi, if your speed is too high you risk a chance your plane will bounce back in the air and possibly stall just above the runway. You have to learn how to land with as low speed as possible. In this video I was realy close to stall speed.

But in germany is the fw sold out

If you are refering to my SH crash video it was just pilot error pushing it up in stabilise mode with not enough power so when stall happened autopilot was not able to recover from the spin.

@@austntexan Skyhunter is realy easy to fly, it has no bad tendencies. It might be a bit hard to (solo) handlaunch because the size of the fuselage (hard to hold it with one hand). I give it about 50% throttle and when I throw it I move my throttle stick to 100% and grab my ele/ail stick to give it a bit of a up elevator. You could also give it some up elevator with a switch.

I run iNAV in my S800

CG on my Z-84 is a bit forward, just infront of the CG nub.

Yeah, it is nice and open place but only for ranges up to 15/20km
