That's what we used to do but it feels like sometimes the sling is heavier or lighter at times, depending on how much water the sling is holding. But i guess it's impossible to get it 100% accurate.

@@seanclarey983 hard to say really. But I didn’t chuck out a lot of bait. And I’d say most of it was before dark when we arrived. Generally at night time I don’t re spomb because it’s dark and don’t want to disturb my neighbours. But that catching spree I had was just chucking solid bags out again. I would say 4-5 medium spomb a per rod.

@@Apocalyptic656 the reason why we checked every time was because depending on how wet the sling was. It would weigh more or less. Usually 3-4lb. Next time we use Norton slings we could just say 3 and a half pounds I imagine.

Yeah its upscaled to 1440p, removed the dithering and a HD texture pack mod.

Sup Dave. This session was the 27th of May bank holiday sunday-monday. Me and Brandon personally don't have bank sticks but his brother got some recently so i can use his if needed. 2 main reasons why i didn't hit the clip with the spombs that session. Number 1: last time we used the spomb at Norton, the spomb cracked off twice but i think thats because Brandon did a blood knot, but now we use a loop knot. So i didn't want to risk losing more spombs especially since spombs arn't the cheapest things in the world. Number 2: Brandon's brother had a chat with the owner himself and told us this lake is a cast anywhere and catch anywhere lake, so we didn't take it too seriously, plus the goal this session was to just to try the complex out. I can happily say i do hit the clips now though. Even if the spomb doesn't open up for whatever reason. Slowly learning and trying new things as i go along. Good luck with the session Dave!

We did use their own landing nets etc. We've been on the site over 10 times so we know all the rules.

my build must be cursed or something. its weird, i gain like 40-50fps when using my normal none raytracing options. but then i enable RT and just chug.

​@positvechao that's probably because for frame gen to work really well the game needs to run at 60fps without it anything under 60fps and frame gen will struggle.

Yeah all the pegs on stocks start shallow. I think Hodgetts is the same, not sure about the other lakes. Also thanks <3

Thank you for your words. i havent uploaded my new vid about our night session yet but i used a zig for the whole of the 48 hours and didnt catch on it. 9ft of water, 8ft zig on black foam. weather was hot as well so a lot were on the surface around 4pm
