You don’t have to remove the radiator support to get the engine out. Hood has to be taken off and MAYBE the front bumper but if u got a long enough engine hoist, it will work trust me

Did the swap but my alternator is making a squeaking noise and I think chewing up the inside belt, idk I the sr20 and ka swap belts are the same. Maybe it not aligned idk

The 3 rear seat bolts are 12mm, dont need to remove the seatbelt anchors and the subwoofer grate comes off before the panel can come out. get big screwdriver between the cover and the raised metal clip tab and twist to force up the cover against the clip as the fiberboard will not take a pry! Pull tray torward you, there are 2 clips in the back. you need to be gentle with it. slightly bow it and pull one side out first to give you room on the other to pull from under the plastic trim. Just did this and damaged a corner like you did, just sun rotted.

are the tweeter crossovers in the speaker? I only see one speaker feed (green/blue plug). Thanks. I cant find the front feeds behind the stereo so I had to take all 4 channels back on a new cable and tie into factory harness, deleting the factory amp. My sub has no more cone. I also noticed your climate has one of 3 bulbs out, that can be replaced...6 screws and a little replacement Toyota dash bayonet bulb. All your needles still glow! Awesome..
