Is there anyway I can get Sammy’s information? My grandmother was a naranjo and I’m trying to see if there’s a correlation.

How lovely that one of your customers recognized that Rebecca"s grandmother's pot belonged back in the family and donated it anonymously to Rebecca. With all the grief and strife in the world it was wonderful to see such an act of compassion and generosity.

the quality of your content is terrific, it blows me away that you have such a low sub/like rate. I find the visual demonstration to be very informative as I'm learning to work wild clay, along with the histories and iconography of this artform.

Thank you for this nice video. : ) I am an admirer of Richard’s pottery and it is interesting to find this video was made so recently. Also very interesting to me as I also spent time working for Gallup, NM schools and am now making pottery and learning about Native American methods. Richard, when you sold pots off the hood of the car in AZ where or how did you fire the pots? At someone’s kiln or pit fire or ?? Where can I find out information re. any of your upcoming workshops?

So fun to see your face! I "met" you through these videos in the pandemic, and with a mask on, you look and sound EXACTLY like Nancy Pelosi (whom I love!). I hope you take that as a compliment, but it's very nice to see your own unique, wonderful face. Thanks so much for all you do!

Hello Thomas Tenorio. What a surprise to see you on TH-cam. I remember back in my Rio Grande Trading (Albuquerque) days when you use to sell to Steven DePriest and Kris Wickets your pottery technique and style has improved greatly. After 20 some years, congrats on your success as an artist. Take care and stay safe.

I have to assume that everyone has told Andrea how she reminds them of Nancy Pelosi, at least with the mask on, could be her twin! (Love Nancy by the way). Can't thank you enough for the privilege of seeing these artists I would otherwise never get to meet....and watching them create their little vessels of beauty and tradition.

I've been attempting storyteller dolls. So far they resemble cow patties with faces. Haha. My question is: Is there a hole added in the bottom to allow the escape of air from the hollow body of the figure during firing??

How I would love to spend an afternoon sitting with these beautiful artists, Judy and Diane Lewis. I would just enjoy learning from their talents and traditions as I sat alongside them making my pitiful pottery. May Creator bless them with many many happy years of creating and walking in beauty.

What makes this documentary distinctive is that every step of the process is covered showing the specific individual workings of one Zia potter. This is not slick moviemaking but rather an indepth step by step examination, the value of which is enormous. Further, Andrea is beautifully engaged to restate and reexamine many of the steps answering many questions that the viewer might have. Ruby Panana is gracious and helpful and an amazing artist. A potter from Jemez told me that the pueblo potters particularly honor Andrea Fisher for her generosity and fairness and for her support of Native Pottery. Not all dealers have Andrea's profound respect, and she demonstrates her esteem through the joyful Santa Fe studio gallery setting where she and staff are fully engaged with their products. Five stars for this amazing video!

I meant to leave a comment quite a while back. Clarence Cruz is a very, fantastic and talented and experienced potterer . I have taken more then several classes with him and it has been so beneficial to me. He teaches with much respect towards the clay we get from Mother earth and does this in a very prayerful way. In this way I feel the clay works for him and the students. I sincerely hope you will have another session with Clarence. Thank you for the online demonstration and talk. Julia Honaberger
