The Rambling man

I comment on my commute. Funny. Informative. Awesome.
Thick, so I'm told. Parked car danger.
Tis the season for stupid car shit. I find a thick one on the road and there's a lesson to be learned with parked cars. Check out my other channel @AvgAdv69 for more to the point lessons and how-to's.

New years day ride, Chico C.A.

Some of the worst riding I've done. Lol. We were very hungover and it was short lived. But it was fun and isn't that the point?
City riding on T7- Mild traffic, My thoughts.

At what point are you ready to ride with many cars? I've driven this rout many times in a vehicle, but when are you ready for two down? That's up to you. But I've always taken my safety seriously. I only do what I feel comfortable with. So here I embark on a typical trip for many, into some light traffic in a city environment. It wasn't as bad as I anticipated but that's because it was a Saturd...
Tenere two up touring
มุมมอง 1242 หลายเดือนก่อน
My girl and I go on our first overnight trip with the T7. Enjoy our trip while I talk about how the Tenere does as a Two Up Tourer. I discuss it's characteristics on our ride but wait till the end for my final thoughts. I'm calling this the Tourere 700. It did great. We climbed 6000 feet with 95 plus degree temps. When I mention the bike running hot, It actually wasn't that bad considering the ...
Car Show to surprise a friend

I took the Tenere to surprise my buddy. He was there with his girl. She owns an old Chevy. You read that right. It's her truck. I'm actually going to hang out with her.

I guess this whole thing has turned into a kind of moto vlog. I mean, I made a video of one of my side jobs... wtf. If you even laugh a little, it's worth the view. I'm sure I'll say something stupid.

I got a flat on my way to a job after seeing if this guy needed ay help with his bike. I crossed through the median to make my u-turn and picked up a nail. The following is the repair.
Tenere Flat Tire

On a ride to a side job, I saw a guy that might have needed help. I made a U-turn through the median. He was fine. Unbeknownst to me, but knownst to my bike, I took in a nail... About ten miles out is when I found out!

Tenere 700 gang war

It was a long hard ride home. Battling the bicycling gang of the north. But... well you'll just have to see.

Saw my first Desert X

On my way home from breakfast I lived a tail about a guy on a Yamaha overtaking a Ducati like he was sitting still. It actually looked like he was going to make a U-turn, but I like my story better.
Tenere 700's Fort Bragg to Petaluma
มุมมอง 386 หลายเดือนก่อน
My buddy and I (his idea) decided to go to Fort Bragg and ride the coast. We had a great time but we tested our butts! Let me rephrase that, "our ass's hurt from all the riding". You know what... just watch a cool ride.

Looks like a great day for a drive!
Love their IPA.
@@staudio I may or may not have had some that visit!
I love riding up Highway 1 to Fort Bragg to enjoy a great cheeseburger at Jenny's Giant Bergers on the far north end of town. It's about a 300-mile round trip but well worth it. Will have to check Flo's out one of these times.
It's Fort Liberty now, Fort Bragg is racist. Lol.
I saw a Ducati in Baja.. started talking w the guy. He has FedEx locations on his phone.. there are a few Ducati dealers in Mexico, so he said that riding in the Western US and in Mexico feels better because bike has a 24 month warranty and dealer he bought it from will send parts via 2,3 delivery services no matter how far south he goes. I see 3-5 almost new Aprilias for sale on Craigslist in San Diego and near locations, rumor has it that multiple bikes have a counter sprocket shaft seal, leak( failure) as a common problem. I am just guessing, but when you go to a mechanic in Mexico or a non Aprilia dealer in US, nobody is going to repair and shaft seal!! I hope Ducati has it together .. Yamaha is acting a little better.. only took them a few years for color LCD. Now if they do a cruise control, tubeless wheels.. bike can be the market for another 5 years.. and if Yamaha gets a diet team together. No reason not to use the 900cc triple in a version of Super Super Tenere and just skip over everything else..100hp, decent electronics, tubeless wheels, nothing will touch it . Ducati is @$18,500 discounted..
The Aprilia looked good when it first came out. So did the Transalp. A new bike on the market can make you second guess your own. But with the reliability of the T7 power plant, I'm petty happy. I'll have a flat tire vid out soon. Definitely would have liked a tubeless. You're onto something with the 900. I'm currently obsessing about the xsr.
Forget about Ducati , you have a T7 man ! cheers from Greece !
Aaaw yuow wittle bikey needs some gasshy 🤭🤭
What kind of bike you got?
😴 Promo-SM
Nice practice session, keep doing it weekly and you'll improve even more! Perhaps also try to lean the bike even more, to reduce the turning radius. You're doing good! 👍
Thanks! I was thinking about adding some speed to get more lean? We'll see...
You’re cute
Looks like a nice ride!
It's slow going at first but after I make the first pass at 3:57 it gets better!
